- very old and bad beds - eventhough we left one day early but payes, we had to pay 1/2 day to get in to the room at 10 and not at 12. - Not friendly and not intersted. |

view from rooms at the front nothing worked.we changed rooms 5 times broken loo,water cut off in shower during a shower, broken aircon. |

breakfast was very good. Good location to stay near down town Air conditioning didn ´t work at all. No hot water in the shower. |

Accueil professionnel, Petit déjeuner copieux et varié (buffet). Chambres peu insonorisées dans un quartier à forte circulation automobile les matins et soir. |

o atendimento foi ótimo, os funcionários muito simpáticos, tivemos uma ótima noite de sono sem muito muito barulho. sentimos dificuldades com o elevador, pois é diferente dos convencionais, por isso deixamos como sugestão... assim que possível trocar o sistema de elevador. |

Ero in un piano alto, e la vista offriva sia il Pao de Açucar, que uno scorcio del Cristo. fatiscenza di tutto ciò che concerne l'interno della camera. A internet do hotel não funcionava. o hotel não emite nota fiscal. os funcionários da recepção não sabiam prestar informações sobre a reserva online, uso do cartão de crédito para fazer a reserva ou emissão de nota fiscal para comprovação de gastos junto a empresa que pertenço. |
