Great hotel! Centrally located, easy to access restaurants, stores and the bus station from the hotel by foot. Room was very clean. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Loved the complimentary airport pick up service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was impeccably clean, room was large and comfortable, wifi worked well everywhere, staff were all very nice, easy walking distance to the bus terminal for the airport & Iguacu bus. Also the hotel had an absolutely outstanding breakfast buffet! The best breakfast I've had anywhere in South America, and I've been here three months.

Staffs of the hotel are very polite and helpful. Particulary Lucas Teng gives very good suggestions and useful info. For our visits with excellent English. The hotel arranges free suttle bus for both trips from /to the airport on time. The hotel is located in the principle street of the down town with 5 minutes of walking distance from the Terminal of the public bus station. It makes our visits to Iguassu much easier. The buffet breakfast is excellent with all kinds of choices: local and international foods.

Bus station just around the corner, english speaking staff, transfer to the airport included.

This is a great little hotel and fantastic value for money. Nothing fancy but clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly and on the whole spoke good English. It cannot be beaten for location if you wish to use the public buses to get to the falls--bus station just around the corner. To get to the Argentinian side by bus it is not a problem but it does require a deal of patience when having to get on and off the buses to go through the border. 2 main hints do not forget your passports photocopies will not do and take plenty of water. Lastly be prepared to be amazed and also get very wet on the Argentinian side!!

We loved the hotel and everything was great! The personell were service minded, very helpful with whatever we needed. The room was clean. Well working air-condition. Awesome Brazilian breakfast! Nice pool where you could sunbath the from noon on the whole day if you wish so. The hotel is situated in the citycenter, close to whatever you need. We would defiantly stay there again!

We like the friendly and helpful staff, the location and the fact that a travel agent for booking excursions is situated in the Hotel. Also that some of the staff and travel personnel can speak English, because we experience that most of the people in Brazil is not able to speak English..... (Which is very bad for tourism !!!)

Good breakfast. Close to shops and bus station. Wi-fi complimentary and good connection.

The hotel needs to be updated. The towels and bedding were old and worn. The room itself was clean and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget but do not expect 3 stars.

The best hotel staff ever!!! Very helpful, polite and attentive! Good breakfast, fresh fruits, breads, cakes, hot food, very nice! Good location if you want to use bus terminal, it is 5 minutes walk from hotel. Big supermarket close to hotel.

Drinking water served in the lobby seemed not to be filtered water but a regular tap water.
