Localização Péssimo. Comprei através do booking a melhor suite durante 3 dias e só passei a primeira noite nela depois de muita briga pois me falaram que houve erro nos preços e pelo que havia pago seria uma bem inferior. Nas outras duas noites cansado de brigar fiquei na suite inferior pagando o preço da suite master. Novamente, digo, péssimo não comprem

Prestesa no atendimento, bom acolhimento e fácil disponibilidade para efetuar a reserva. fiquei no 18 e não gostei da janela que estava sem a tranca, fiquei insegura.

Para quem vai a sp para compras ou está de passagem para outro lugar, é um bom local para hosperdar-se por ser perto do metro e facil locomoção. Como a empresa tem hoteis em bairros diferentes (Tatuape e Belem), houve uma pequena confusão quando a localização, pois a intenção em nossa viagem era ficar proximo a estação Tatuapé, para maior rapidez no deslocamento ao aeroporto de Guarulhos e acabamos hospedando-nos em Belém, e não no que realmente queriamos, conforme descrição no booking

Very clean, but the reason for this isn't good.. I'll explain in the section of what I didn't like. First of all it's not an hotel, it's a motel. You can pay be the hour, what mean it's become to be a whore house everyday from 7:00 to 00:00. You heared everythings, from the first floor to the last floor. The biggest problem was that we, my friend and I, were the most regular persons in this hotel but the stuff all the time behave with us like we are bad people that makes problems... Shame

The LCD tv was good and the location of hotel. Customer service was the coldest I have received in Brazil. There is no fridge in the room. The air conditioner was broken and leaking a lot of water. For what you pay you can stay in a number of better equipped motels/hotels in Sao Paulo. There was a horrible dusty old blanket and only sheets. They forgot our breakfast the first day and we had to ring an hour later to ask what had happened. No room cleaning and we had to ring for fresh towels everyday. I do not recommend this hotel. You will be dissatisfied for the price and the service.

Café da manhã razoável. As fotos enganam. O quarto não tem ventilação, o ar condicionado fica com o controle remoto na recepção para que o hospede protele a sua utilização. Não tem frigobar no quarto, ou seja toda hora vc tem que está ligando para que eles lhe tragam uma cerveja por exemplo. Para uma diária completa não recomendo, o suportável naquele local é no máximo 2 horas. Desaconselho!!!
