Equipe amável e localização agradável. Dos valores. Não só deste mas como de outros hotéis nas redondezas. Os preços quase superam Paris e Nova york, comparando-se com a mesma categoria de hospedagem.

Sistema de fechamento de conta! Lento sem sinal de internet. Viajo bastante e sempre informo o consumo do frigobar, neste hotel tive de esperar o cheque da governança !

Acomodação razoável, embora no dia que fechei o pacote, fui informada que seriam dois quartos conjugados. O valor é muito alto, pelo o que o mesmo oferece. O valor é semelhante ao Ilha da Madeira Resorts (fui conhecer). Falta de água Falta de internet Horário de funcionamento do bar da piscina Muito longe da praia Sem nenhuma programação para crianças e adultos, sendo num feriado. Sauna sem funcionamento.

Esteve ótima a estadia, funcionários atenciosos, lugar traquilo um pouco longe da praia, de restaurantes, etc gosto de ficar em praia sem ter que usar veículo para se locomover a esses lugares citados anteriormente

Boa localização, area de piscina. Chuveiros elétricos antigos com pouco fluxo de água e sem regulagem de temperatura. Fiz a reserva de um apartamento com cozinha, no checkin esta informação não conferia, na primeira noite tive que ficar num quarto comum até resolver este mal entendido.

clima de descontracao; proximidade com excelente praia com relativa seguranca. cafe da manha no sabado e domingo. sensibilidade para oferecer outro apto sem barulho muitos lances de escada para atingir o apto sem rampa e sem auxilio do pessoal do hotel. barulho no teto a noite toda. incertezas sobre valores a pagar e como pagar. acesso via piasaguera-guaruja pesimo transito e perigoso.
