The place is awsome for those who like privacy and do not like crowds. Access to hotel is painful

Getting there was a not much fun

Everything. It was beautifully designed and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The bungalows are nice and spacious. The beach is right there and gorgeous. The restaurant was lovely: great fresh food and affordable!

The staff was really helpful even before we got to the island. They were multilingual and that is a great advantage. They helped us a lot finding the best to do on the island. Excellent restaurant with a talented chef!! Excellent breakfast with a great variety! The location was superb making you feel that you live in the wild! If you need to get some rest that's the place!

The location was very far away from action. It was 7 km away from the busy part of the island but the road was really bad so it certainly was a decision to take the shuttle down to the city. Makes you feel that you have to stay inside the hotel for your meals and drinks. The beach in front of the hotel was not really good for swimming as it was too shallow because of the tide. We didn't really enjoyed swimming. The rate was too high for some serious inconveniences in the electrical installation in the bathroom that we had to deal with. The staff showed interest in helping us but the problem still remained

Beautifull hotel - very quiet - a bit far from the center (2 hours walk by beach) but the hotel has a car service

Com design de muito bom gosto e ao mesmo tempo funcional o hotel é localizado em frente a uma praia vasta e intocada. Fizemos um passeio muito bom caminhando uma hora e meia até a praia Garapuá onde comemos lagosta grelhada na sombra do bar do Pipoca. No dia seguinte relaxamos no hotel olhando o mar, escutando os sons da natureza e beliscando ótimas comidinhas. Sempre jantamos no hotel, à vela com comida gostosa. O gerente, Dalton, é altamente competente, bem como Bruno, que organizou nosso traslado e também cuidou da música ambiente, de muito bom gosto. Os bungalows são bonitos e amplos, e os lençóis brancos frescos e bem passados. Enfim, gostamos de tudo.

A cortesia e disponibilidade dos funcionarios, todos exelentes! a localização do hotel, bem longe de qualquer confusão, a natureza incontaminada das praias. O otimo restaurante.

A conecção internet, mesmo oferecida de graça é disponivel somente na area da recepção e a velocidade de navegação deixa muito a desejar. A estrada que colega a vila ao hotel, 8 quilometros precisa de 40 minutos de carro a ser percorrida devido aos buracos e crateras que esistem na pista. Não foi possivel efectuar ligaçoes telefonicas internacionais do aparelho do apartamento, o pessoal não soube resolver o problema e tambem as comunicaçoes internacionais via telemovel são possiveis só perto da praia. Seria um bom serviço para os hospedes um ponto de primeiro soccorro no hotel com um medico ou enfermeiro. O unico medico se encontra na vila e as consultas no hotel São pagas 500 reais...

O atendimento, as informações prestadas, a localização em frente a praia do encanto, a beleza nas acomodações. Perfeito.

O hotel nos supreendeu! Organização, logística, paisagem, qualidade,limpeza...tudo impecável. A natureza local é indescritível, o hotel confortável e bonito, os funcionários de uma prestatividade ímpar. Já indicamos aos amigos, recomendo aos visistantes de primeira viagem e voltaremos, certamente, para mais uma visita.
