Melhorar a qualidade do atendimento da recepção. Fui recebida por um funcionário nada simpático e com pouca quaificação para atender ao público. Não existe separação de quartos para não fumantes, é tudo uma coisa só, apesar de a reserva da Booking ter a opção de escolha. Coloquei como preferência andar alto, mas reservaram andar baixo (2º), apesar de ter quartos disponíveis. Quando reclamei, uma recpcionista simpática, conseguiu mudar (afinal, eu tinha reservado 2 quartos!). Não gostei do café do manhã, que é pago separadamente: faltavam pratos, café com gosto de requentado, suco de laranja azedo e ácido, parecia passado. Na parte de governança, não trocaram o refil do shampoo, apesar de já ter acabado quando entrei. Tive que pedir 3 vezes (ficando sem por 2 dias) e na última a governanta insistiu que havia trocado, parecia propor que eu tinha ficado com o refil. Outra sugestão: fazer um trabalho com os taxistas que atendem ao hotel (são malvestidos e um deles enrrolou na corrdida fazendo um percurso longo). Estou acostumada a ficar nos hotéis da rede Mercure, e este de Recife foi o mais fraco da rede que conheci. Não recomendo a ninguém. |

Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, localização excelente, ambientação do apartamento muito agradável. Melhorar o aspecto da circulação interna (a pintura atinge o rodapé de mármore nos corredores e halls dos elevadores; o piso poderia ser melhor conservado nessas áreas, pois o mármore está muito "encardido"). |

Localização. Café da manhã incluso; Não cobrarem Taxa de Turismo pois isso é roubalheira, visto que eu podia não estar em turismo aquela cidade; Houve aumento de preço das diarias no qual foi me repassado, isso é até contra a lei. |
