A reserva feita pelo booking não foi confirmada pelo Hotel, apesar de ter ligado para a central da Accor e confirmado a reserva e ter recebido e-mail deles com a confirmação, no check in tentaram não me hospedar. Quarto sujo, não funcionava o controle remoto, barulho de motor de ar condicionado de outros quartos a noite inteira. Em resumo um inferno

Especificamente del Mercure Sao Paulo Funchal me encanto la habitacion que me dieron con un living separado de la habitacion, cocina plasma y aire acondicionado,y hasta un balcon. Muy comodo muy lindo.El staff muy muy bien. creo que estaria bueno que agreguen el desayuno a la promocion de la pag de los hoteles, ya que no esta bueno pagar ademas por el servicio es como un mimo a los clientes.

O Mercure Via Funchal é excelente para quem vai à show no Teatro Via Funchal. Fica ao lado. Proximo à Marginal e à Av. Jk. Muito confortável. Embora o Restaurante do Hotel tenha bom cardápio, o prato servido é de péssima qualidade. Na relação custo beneficio, comer neste hotel não vale a pena.

O que mais gostei foi a localização, que para o que queríamos foi perfeita.Tem uma boa relação custo benefício. Os quartos possuem cozinha completa, banheira, piscina, sauna e uma academia muito simples. Não sei de quem foi a culpa, se do site ou do hotel. Mas o que aconteceu foi que ao chegar, a diária reservada pelo booking.com não estava registrada, apenas a diária adicional feita no site do próprio hotel. Felizmete eles tinham disponibilidade de quarto.

Gostei do quarto, pois contava com uma antesala e uma minicozinha. Confortável e funcional. A sua localização foi importante para minha opção pelo hotel, tendo em vista a finalidade desta minha estada em sp. Não gostei em geral do atendimento dos recepcionistas, inclusive informei este fato na pesquisa de satisfação do próprio hotel. Não houve descortesia, mas desinteresse e indiferença pelo hóspede. Por ex: no check- in devem ser fornecidas as informações essenciais sobre os serviços prestados pelo hotel e outras pertinentes. Tal não ocorreu. Eu precisei perguntar sobre os serviços. Não prestei atenção ao fazer minha reserva que a diária não incluia o café da manhã. Só fui descobrir isto no momento do check-out.

Localização Reservei com pagamento antecipado um quarto não fumante, quando cheguei ao hotel fui informado que o único quarto que havia era fumante e infelizmente nada podia ser feito. Minha esposa está grávida, mas como já era 0:00 não justificava mudar de hotel. Já fiquei várias vezes nos hotéis Accord pelo mundo e este não está nos padrões do mesmo.

O quarto é confortável, mas o preço deveria ser menor. É próximo do Morumbi, tem opções de alimentação e ambientes noturnos ao redor da rua Funchal. Presteza por parte dos funcionários, não há!
