Reservei um quarto para 2 pessoas,Fomos eu e minha filha.Ao chegar fomos informados que o hotel não trabalha com 2 camas , somente camas de casal Minha filha teve que dormir em cama extra,ruim mal acomodada. Mesmo assim tivemos que pagar o mesmo preco alem de pagar o cafe da manha embora no vosso site o cafe estava incluido. Jaime

Localização excelente e de fácil deslocamento para outras regiões da cidade. Fica perto de bares, restaurantes, supermercado e farmácia. Faltou eficiência dos funcionários. Solicitamos a troca de um salgadinho que já estava aberto, pois queríamos consumi-lo. Todavia, um funcionário apenas soube dizer que o serviço de quarto era terceirizado. O problema era fácil de ser resolvido, bastava retirar o produto de um quarto que estivesse disponível.

A localização, no meu caso. Comprei gato por lebre. Reserva booking.com no. 858.681.775 - código pin 4674) de "quarto superior com 1 cama de casal.Me deram o quarto 1608, menor, e de categoria inferior. Ao reclamar fui informado de que o erro foi na compra via internet. Não tomaram nenhuma providencia. No check- out registrei a queixa, com a prova da reserva e da categoria do aposentado que comprei. Ninguem me respondeu até agora. Registrei tambem a falta de higiene de um funcionário do bufê que foi ao banheiro e não lavou as mãos e do mau serviço de limpeza do quarto que demorou muito para ser feito. Vou registrar no Procon.

O conforto me agradou bastante. Foi ouvir de um de meus convidados ( no total foram 4 casais hospedados por causa do casamento do meu filho ) que um funcionário do hotel após ter utilizado o wc não lavou as mãos e foi direto para a area do café onde manuseou alimentos na area do buffet.

Perto de comércios. O quarto excelente para quem tem filhos, o hotel em si, muito bom mesmo. Na verdade a descarga e os chuveiros poderiam ser melhores. As cortinas do quarto tb, poderiam ser mais limpas. Mas nada que não dê para suportar. Voltaria no mesmo hotem, com certeza.

Boa localização em relação aos pontos turisticos da cidade. Seus funcionario são cordiais, café da manhã honesto, limpo e confortável. A piscina aquecida estava gelada.

A localização é de fato excelente. Acho que o conforto do apartamento é mediano para o preço cobrado. Também não gostei do serviço de taxi do hotel. Fui para um casamento, pedi para agendar um taxi para às 19:45. As 19:40 avisaram que o taxi havia chegado. Como estava terminando de me arrumar, pedi ao concierge que avisasse ao taxista que eu desceria em 10 minutos. 5 minutos depois ele ligou novamente dizendo que o taxi estava pedindo que eu me apressasse (???). Quando desci 5 minutos depois, o taxi havia ido embora. Sei que taxistas mal humorados e surtados existem em qualquer lugar do mundo, mas talvez tenha faltado habilidade ao funcionário para conduzir a situação. Nunca vi um taxi não poder esperar um cliente por 5 minutos!

A piscina (ao contrário do que consta na página do hotel) não é aquecida. Várias mães com filhos pequenos que escolheram o hotel por causa da piscina aquecida ficaram frustradas como eu.
