location is good close to various bares and clubs in central Rio and the quality of the hotel is reasonable Mattresses could be softer |

Location is big advantage (for me) - close to downtown and metro. Breakfast was very good. Traffic noise. |

Guys at desk were good, explained as much as they could. Not so much people know English, but they do their best. Generally, personnel are good. breakfast could be more diverse. room floor not comfortable. conditioner very noisy(at list - in my room). bathroom not comfortable at all. for 3* it should be at list a bit better. but, have no idea in those district what other hotels offer. |

O atendimento dos funcionários O acesso a internet por wi-fi não está disponível em todos os andares; por exemplo, esteva no décimo andar e lá não havia acesso. Isto acabou me criando um grande transtorno (para acessar a net tinha que descer até ao primeiro andar). Sendo aasim, aconselharia a reverem a distribuição dos routers pelos andares |

Ubicacion -precio - buena/o ...........cafe -desayuno- muy bueno...... Buena cama/ropa de cama/tohallas, mobiliario (hab. 915) Negativas :iluminacion. Solo una luz en la habitacion (en el techo) que enciende /apaga con tecla ala entrada de la habitacion.....tienes que levantarte a apagarla y usar la del baño para no andar a ciegas. Baño una sola luz en el centro/techo-falta luz sobre el espejo para afeitarte y demas. Tambien corresponde luz a cada lado de la cama matrimonial. |

las habitaciones son muy limpias, la gente del hotel es muy amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudarte. Esta ubicado en pleno centro en una calle con bastantes bares y clubes, siempre esta lleno de gente las fotos del baño no son igual a las que ponen, y no tiene vista hacia ninguna parte. El buffet no es muy variado, pero lo que colocan es bueno. |
