The location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is fair. With the exception of the afternoon staff, the reception staff was rude and not willing to help us with directions to move around. On the contrary, the bell boys were very nice and helpful. The internet connection was not included on the (already high) price of the room. They charge about 25 $ per day. On top of that, I could never get connected from the room. |

hotel bem localizado, café da manhã ótimo. a descarga do banheiro não estava funcionando, no primeiro dia chamei cinco vezes a manutenção que não apareceu. A caixa de água ficou vazando por três dias e só no final do terceiro dia que vieram fazer o conserto definitivo. |

me parece que esta muy bien ubicado, y que te puedes trasladar a cualquier lugar de rio desde alli que cobren la conexion de internet, ya que me parece que por el precio deberia estar incluida gratuitamente |

A localização do Hotel é fantástica, em frente a praia e relativamente perto de tudo! O quarto que fiquei hospedada era muito barulhento ( 605 ), acho que tem uma coluna de água estrutural que cada vez que alguém toma banho faz um barulho danado. |

la ubicación por la proximidad a la playa Sí, el personal de recepción, tanto de mañana como de noche; absolutamente poco amables, no dispuestos al menor requerimiento del turista, dan información errónea e incompleta sobre medios de transporte y turismo. Además, siendo un hotel 4 estrellas ( no lo parece), el servicio de internet deberia ser sin cargo |

O hotel era justamente o que precisava: boa localização, conforto na medida - sem exageros, bom atendimento. Os valores do frigobar e do uso da internet era desnecessariamente caros. |

O hotel é bem localizado, possue um bom café da manhã e os quartos são muito bons, tanto so de frente para o mar quanto os de fundos. Melhor treinamento da equipe de funcionários. O atendimento do pessoal que permanece no restaurante no café da manhã é bastante precário. |
