屋上にプールとスチームサウナがあります。 屋上からポンデアスカールもみえて景観がとてもよいです。 朝食も種類が豊富でした。ディスカウント金額で泊まれるのならおすすめです。

このご時世にWi-Fiが有料（しかも結構な金額）なのが残念でした。 レセプションのかたの英語もすこし微妙。高いホテルのせいか、足下を見られてるような対応も感じ、すこし寂- しい気持ちになりました。

Good internet connection fr a small fee (R15) - the reception staff even let me connect in prior to my room being ready so I could work. Good breakfast buffet. Great rooftop panoramic terrace with bar and wifi available.

Although the rooms are a little dated, they are fine if all you're looking for is a downtown location, comfortable sleep and the ability to work at a desk.

Not much unfortunately

Shower didn't work properly (one had to open the hot water on the lavatory at the same time in order to have hot water in the shower and this was explained by the hotel manager). Not enough tables for breakfast. People had to wait their turn. Only a dozen local channels on the TV. Absolutely no news channel, either national or international. The location is extremely bad for a tourist. On weekends the streets around are empty. Only a few suspicious figures roam around.

The restaurant only server a buffet. No choise to other foods. The staff in restaurant is rude and not qualified.

We liked very much the cleaning of the hotel and its familiar enviromental, besides the nice treatment from hotel sttaf. We recommend that hotel.

To be honest we had more expectqtions considering the price we paid..

- The gym is no gym.. Just 3 things to walk on.. No weights, no stretch bar, no gym - equipment.. - the food for diner was bad.. the rice had the tast of grilled meat - there was no adaptor for european electrical material - television.. was poor! Only so;e local posts to watch, no CNN, no music, nothing english, no movie-channel.. really poor - there was only one elevator active.. you have to wait a long time (considering there were 19 floors) and when the elevator arrived it was mostly full, so you had to wait till he came back empty or you had to squeeze yourself in it.. We won't come back to this hotel..

The bed and shower were ok

The hotel service is very bad, and my room was not cleaned twice in only 5 nights total. No customer care at all, nobody is motivated and very unfriendly reception management. Also the hotel bill was completely wrong, unclear and had stange additional cost, compared to what was booked online. No clear explanation was given at check out, my "room file" was closed and I was asked to leave!

This was a good quality hotel in a good location.

It was let down by one of the two lifts not working; with twenty floors there should have been three lifts anyway.This resulted in a queue for the only lift and a wait of approximately 7minutes. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and totally inadequate. Insufficient staff in the restaurant resulted in tables not being cleared.

Clean hotel with reasonable service in the city centre, I felt safe even around midnight :) staff in general very friendly despite weak English.

Reception doesn't speak much English (1 perfect out of 6?) and not very helpful to orientate around as the city is getting ready to the og (2016) and World championship in 2014, so maps not very reliable, they always adviced to take a taxi ;). Airco pretty loud :(

Very good location, near the city centre, 3 minutes walking to the metro station and 5 minutes to Arcos de Lapa. Excellent breakfast selection with delicious fresh fruits, cheese assortment and many others. Very helpful staff, even if they speak poor English.

Wifi it is not free in the lobby or rooms and a 24h package is around 7 usd.

Staff was what I would expect at a $R50/night hotel 1) my room was cleaned 1 out of 5 nights 2) Internet would not stay connect in my room 3) Room service took my order but would not deliver 4) There is no bar service at the pool even after you call 5) 1 Elevator was broken for the entire stay so it was 15 min to get to the 14th floor ....I used the stairs which were not air conditioned
