アトランティス コパカバーナ ホテル (Atlantis Copacabana Hotel)  

コパカバーナビーチとイパネマビーチのちょうど中間にあるホテルで、立地はとても良いと思います。コパカバ- ーナのホテルは軒並み高いですが、ここは手頃なのでよかったです。設備は少し古めですが、清潔です。

リオデジャネイロで、有名なビーチ、コパカーバナとイパネマの両ビーチに直ぐにアクセスできて、便利。Wi- Fi接続も、十分でした。

フロントの対応について。夜の人は、フレンドリーですごく親切であったが、朝居る人は、全く接客という感じ- ではなかった。また、両替は、何でも出来ると言われたが、円からブラジルレアルにするのに、20000円出- すと、13レアルになると言われて呆然、やめました。ドルで両替しましたが、ちゃんとしたレシートは、無く- 。フロントに居る、正体不明のおっさんが、ホイという感じで、両替したが、かなりの手数料を取られた。また- 、チェックアウトの際に、朝食代金に付加して、不明のサービス料を取られた。説明も無し。従って評価は、良- く出せない。

Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Located close to both Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. After I checked out, hotel staff held my luggage until late afternoon when I needed to leave for the airport.

Front desk staff rude and lazy. Room tiny, bathroom like a closet. Overpriced. Breakfast fair but limited in choice. Living on their location. Pool on roof tiny. Doors to rooms chipped and untidy.

Marvellous hotel, good Hilton standards with extremely spacious rooms. Delicious food. Good service and athmosphere.

Poor beach but nothing to do with the hotel but has a very nice pool to compensate. Need changing and shower room for late departure guests.

Location - between Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Comfortable room and buffet breakfast

Housekeeper never replaced dirty glasses. Every day I had to go get clean glasses

Location, 200m from Copacabana (poste 6) 150m from Ipanema (poste 7) beach! Pool on the top floor with some great views over Ipanema. 2 PC's available for free. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet.

Standard rooms have no view (airshaft)

The staff were freindly and very helpful in all situations, were informed, assisted with tours, directions etc the location is excellent from which a lot of activities are in close proximity

The room was too basic, dated in decor with faded bedspreads, felt more like a dormitory, with very little comfort, without even a chair or place to write a note or check a map, also it is really unecessary to charge for internet as all hotels offer this free. Rio is a fantastic place, but the hotel should not just rely on the city to make the experience great, they should offer more to enhance the city. I intend to return for the World Cup, but will find another hotel.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, very accommodating, budget friendly!

One person at the front desk, who was rude and not helpful. Did not charge my aunts credit card for her reservation, but tacked it on to my bill when I was checking out, even though he had all her credit card information and her reservation was made in her name. Refused to rectify the mistake. Also when I emailed the hotel for a copy of the receipt, did not receive a reply.

We had an ocean view room which was very spacious. The location was very good - five minutes from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches and the "Hippie" market. There were many place to eat within a short walk.

Printing a boarding pass was not easy as (I understood) the office had to get an email of the pass from you so they could print it.

Everybody said that, but I do not care to repeat: location is perfect! There is always someone at the reception, who speaks english well. Nice view from the roof.

Old furniture. Noisy conditioner. Price could be lower.

Atencao!! Nao pedir taxi na portaria, ele agendaram um cara nao oficial que cobrou muito mais que o normal!!! Attention! Do not book the taxi trought the lobby since they call a NOT official taxi driver that ask for lot of money!!!

I liked the position, great to do sightseeing, and the room.

I didn't like the staff. They were quite rude. They didn't smile at all. Sometime they didn't even looked at your face when they talked to you.

Great location, wonderfully helpful porters and staff - better still if you speak Portugese. Very nice breakfast included in our booking.

Room lacked a place to put luggage and closet space. Quite small, though not miniscule. No view in our room.

Very old and basic rooms, unlike pics. Staff Very rude, lied regarding several issue during my stay and kept an aggressive demeanor. The hotel dislikes any outside visitors and charges high sums for any visitor in any time even if for 5 minutes. Not friendly Not reccomended

Clean & friendly

Basic hotel equivalent to our 2* rating,although we had upgraded to a deluxe room, this was not evident in the room. Sea view description misleading as nowhere near beach front as expected. Request your opinion on this.

Good location; close to both Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches. 3 blocks to closest metro in Ipanema.

the staffs are scam. The tours offered were even more expensive than the price tag by the hotel!!

Front office staff was quite friendly and helpful, hospitable. They had great recommendations, suggestions and were very attentive to me as a solo traveller despite how busy the hotel was during my stay. Can't not mention the lengths to which they went to get me to wake up for my rio city and Christ redeemer day tour the morning I overslept, going as far as sending the bellboy to knock on my door after multiple phone calls fell on my dead ears! Thanks to them I made it on the bus!! I also loved how easy it was to walk between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches both in terms of distance from the hotel and security. Lots of food options of all ranges also nearby, walking distance, and it was very convenient to catch an airport shuttle when it came time to leave (cost prob about 4 times less than taxi and hop on point was about two minutes walk down the street from hotel.... The photos on the site also don't do the place as much justice as seeing it in real, I was pleasantly satisfied with the condition of the facilities, bathroom, pool area (though I didn't spend any time there the night view was lovely) lobby, and the room, though it had no windows which prob affected my waking up that morning lol was cozy. The no windows was what I had booked anyway (Internal view) so I couldn't not complain

Can't think of anything really....the only thing that cud prob have made this leg of the trip better was if the hotel was actually on the beach strip...but of course I knew when I booked that it was not, and I was fully ok with the short distance walk to get to both amazing beach strips...
