The location was grand, just a quick walk from Copacabana Beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The staff was always ever so helpful and the room was very ample.

They still charge for WiFi, honestly, after paying brl1700+ they could at least give you internet connection, you can get it in Starbucks for as much as few quid and it comes with a cappuccino! The breakfast room is in serious need of expansion, it just couldn't cope with the volume of guests, and 2 out of the 4 times we had no tables to seat and had to wait. Also, the whole of the staff was great but one miserable young waitress who worked on the breakfast, moody, rude and slow, we came up with the theory that she's actually the owner's daughter and is there as a punishment. Finally the rooms are a bit tired and could do with a renovation, but nothing serious, anyway, the cons are by far outnumbered by the pros, I recommend it.

The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff.

The air conditioning didn't work. The elevator was out of commission for part of our stay. The rooms weren't anything special, especially when considering how much we paid.

The location is fantastic in the heart of Copacabana, very close to the fabulous beach of Copacabana. Great breakfast lots of fruit and other savoury things to eat, and even if you came down a bit later. Rooms are wide enough if you are travelling with lots of luggage and we had a nice view of the hills at the back.

The swimming pool was out of service for repair, which was very disappointing although the beach was round the corner but one of the reasons I booked the hotel THe wifi is not free wewere told 4reales per day or somethinglike that The safe is not free either again same sort of price but on the website or booking.com it says its free so ridiculous to make people pay as in every hotel I stayed during onemonth across Brazil and Argentina it was the only one that asked us to pay for wifi and safe! The airconditioning systems are ancient and make a lot of noise We asked to change rooms which was done immediately but it was so noisy you couldnot sleep with it working so they need to improve them. Its a very tall building and they only have one lift. They said they took a deposit on my card which was not mentionned in the description on booking.com! However woudl stay there again if pool is fixed and they change the aircon.

Great location, staff friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable, but probably getting close to being re furbished, would definitely use again and recommend. In fact we are booked there again this trip. Very good breakfast.

Hotel was close to Copacabana beach, and the breakfeast was exellent. Close to the hotel was lots of Banks and cheap restaurants. Also I like the nearnes of transport, and I find a cheap bus transport to the airport, from Copacabana beach.

When I booked the hotel it was lined up as a 4. stars hotel. I was surpriced about the standard, and must say that the standard was not more than a 2. star hotel.

Me parece lamentable que cobren internet, con lo que es hoy en dia Internet, que vas a cualquier lado y tenes wi fi. Si siguen cobrando no lo recomendaría

Tudo, come se pode classificar 4 estrelas este hotel?? Embratour!!! Massimo 2 estrelas.Nao funciona nada. Agua na pia: praticamente não sae. No chuveiro : praticamente so quente. Não se pode escovar os dentes ne tomar banho.. Quarto orrivel....Tudo Que vergonha... nunca mais.

Ich als Nichtraucher hatte ein Raucherzimmer! Es stank fürchterlich. Die Aussicht war nicht so wie im Internet dargestellt- Fotogalerie war total gemogelt!!! Ausser Dächer sah man nichts. Vom Strand ein m2. Im Netz wird der Eindruck geweckt, dass Hotel liege praktisch am Strand. Was überhaupt nicht der Fall ist. Es liegt einige Häuserblocks von der Copacabana entfernt!

Habitación muy amplia y espaciosa, baño muy completo y desayuno muy bien servido.

La decoración de las habitaciones es un tanto anticuada, tal vez.

A localizaÇÃO É privilegiada. alÉM di ficar muito prÓximo A praia, estÁ em uma rua com VÁrios barzinhos legais, onde os cariocas frequentam. alÉM disso, tem cinema na esquina, para as noites com chuvas, É um Ótimo programa.NÃO precisa de TÁxi pra nada.

Hyggelig betjening som snakket Engelsk. God beliggenhet i fht Copacabana, Ipanema, Lagoaen etc. OK bassengområde på taket. Bra frokost.
