The staff is always willing to be helpful. The food was good. Although it is not near the center of town the location is ideal for being away from the noise of the town. The rooms are very clean. Unless you can rent a car to travel to town, the location isn't exactly ideal.

Nice neighborhood at a walking distance to the city center. Common areas like garden and pools were lovely, comfortable and well-furnished and decorated. Mini golf and tennis court were available. Breakfast was unbelievably delicious. Although quite spacious and well clean, the room needs a refurbishment. The furniture was quite old as well as the carpet, and the tv must have a hundred years. Few channels were available with a terrible reception.

I liked the infra structure and the breakfast One specific concierge didnt treat us accordinly, and was not so kind with me and my sister. He cancelled our cab, and stayed nervous easily

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast had a variety of options. Not far from the central area. Room is somewhat dated. Both of the chairs in the hotel room had cuts in the arms. Just covering them with an arm covering would have helped the looks of the room. The King size bed is actually two beds pushed together which is a bit different from us.

Room was big. Very well designed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Beautiful place. Quarto grande. Bem desenhado. Bom cafe da manha. Staff educado. Lindo lugar Would change the dated TVs. Mirror on my room was kind of old. Old curtains in the shower was the worst part. TVs antigas. Vidro velho no espelho do banheiro. Cortina no banheiro é velha.

The location and the environment. Beautiful nature with nice garden. The relax area is very nice with a delicious warm pool. Breakfast was very good. The room was a little too small (standard double room). I consider the price during the holiday was extremely high for the accomodation.

O atendimento às solicitações dos hóspedes, o conforto e a limpeza são excelentes, assim como a localização. Um hotel à altura dos encantos de Gramado. Os valores das refeições: almoço e jantar deveriam ser mais competitivos em relação ao que é oferecido na cidade. Assim o hotel fidelizaria mais os seus hóspedes, que optariam em ficar no hotel e não ir ao centro para as refeições.
