Children and extra beds
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
One older child or adult is charged BRL 90.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

Location is pretty good.. right in between gaytown and main Paulista Ave and Metro, Malls, etc. The rooms are very basic.. no clock, items in bathroom: soaps & towels are poor quality. The bathroom is quite outdated but overall was clean and good water pressure. You can hear everything between rooms, including moans and grunts from late night drunk sex. Wifi was very slow you have to connect directly to get decent connection. Cafe da manha was not appealing. |

Location is excellent. Very near to Avenida Paulista (5 minutes by foot) which has shopping centers, restaurants and cinemas. Hotel is clean and secure. Rooms are large and comfortable. |

the size of the rooms and location the rooms need a uptodate, internet did not work , the staff need more training, and if you have a visitor comming to your room They will charge you R$ 70,00 that. |
