Noise from heating/cooling system was disturbing. Drinks at the bar were weak. Information about internet charges was confusing.

Location in the middle of one of financial centers of Sao Paulo

Extremely poor internet connection - downloading 1MB attachment to email takes up to 10 minutes. Poverty on the doorsteps with people sleeping virtually on the street. But then again, this is typical for Sao Paulo anyway.

bad reception, service team works unprofessionel and with a bad mood, no sockets in the room, I forgot my charger (because I had to use the socket behind the TV), called the same day the hotel but it was already stolen a recepção é pessima, recepcionistas sem conhecimentos e mal humorados, poucas tomadas no quarto, eu esqueci meu carregador liguei no mesmo dia mas já foi roubado -

The breakfast is very good, the beds are wide and comfortable, the room is clean and cozy with all the apliences.

The towels don't follow the same standard as the rest.

Arrived at hotel with reservation and the staff told me the hotel had no room for me but instead changed my reservation to another hotel. After requesting to Speak to the manager 15 mins they agreed to give me a room. But once got to too , I paid for a executive room but got an old room Instead.

Very nice boutique hotel. Breakfast was good ( not great ).

Pool and Fitness barely qualify as such. Some of the staff was snooty but for the most part very nice. Most everything besides room and breakfast come at extra cost.

Great location, excellent staff, friendly and helpful. At least the slower version of the wi-fi service was free !

Rooms getting a bit tired in places - eg: window didn't shut properly. Restaurant being renovated when I was there in late March 2012. Other provision made in the lobby area, but not quite up to standard. Breakfast not great (compared to when I last stayed there a year ago).

La localisation est privilégiée de cet hôtel. On est à deux pas de l'Avenida Paulista. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit déjeuner est bien varié.

L'hôtel a pris des rides. La baignoire et le jet d'eau de la douche dans la salle de bains sont vétustes. On dirais que les installation n'ont jamais été changés. Dans le palier il y a une odeur de ville moquette épouvantable.

Localização bem próxima à Av. Paulista. Quarto espaçoso.

Definitivamente a limpeza e conservação. Inicialmente hopesdado no 609 pedi troca de quarto pois a banheira/box está em estado precário. Novo quarto 306 melhor, porém limpeza do banheiro, principalmente box, está longe do padrão de excelência que a rede alega apresentar. Piso em frente a porta do banheiro também está quebrado. Recomendo reformas de conservação urgentes. Diante deste quadro o preço é absurdo.

Staff nao sorri para os hospedes, nao sao simpáticos, raras exceções.

A veces la frialdad en la relación del personal con los huéspedes. Hice una reservación desde Bogotá por Booking y no la tenían. Hay un poco de desorden en la parte administrativa.
