Great hotel, wonderful breakfast and incredibly helpful staff. We booked on the strength of the reviews we read and were not disappointed. The hotel is close to a lovely shopping centre and within easy distance from Iguazu Falls, Bird Park and itaipu Dam. Loumar Travel located in the foyer were also recommended and did not disappoint. All our bookings were arranged with ease and they were all wonderful, three days of activities. The Brazil side of the falls was picuuresque and the boat ride under the falls was thrilling. The Argentine side of the falls involved approx eight kilometres of walking on beautiful walkways out to, over, under and into various falls. Bella Italia was a superb base and made our stay so enjoyable. Thanks for your patience and trust when we had trouble with our credit card. Much appreciated. New Zealand.

The food in the dining room was excellent especially breakfast.Staff were helpful. Room was somewhat run down & needed redecorating.Disappointing for a superior standard hotel. Some noise from next door rooms.

We enjoyed our stay and the food provided is excellent. We just had problem with the room layout. For example, you will get tired of watching TV as it is hanged high up on the wall; you can easily get hurt by the corner of the table. There is no electric sockets next to the bed.

Very nice hotel with outstanding breakfast service. Used the restaurant for dinner one night and had an excellent meal with great service. Hotel location was good -- near new shopping mall and 10 minute walk from main bus station in Foz which we used to take buses to Iguassu Falls in Brazil, Itaipu dam and Puerto Iguazu in Argentina. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very big room here, with a double bed and 2 single bed. A very big and nice bathroom but the window was not very well isolated (noisy). Good breakfast. Good and free internet. Shoppingmall nearby, which includes a supermarket. In our room the window from the bathroom was broken, so very noisy.

Very nice hotel, with every services available to optimize you stay in Foz do Iguazu. Very good breakfast and confortable room. People very friendly and helpful. Some of the employees speak french, english, spanish. Also very well located near the shopping center and not far from bus station. Use buses (very cheep and easy) to go to Itaipu and Brasilian side, use guided visite for the Argentinian side.

Homey feel. Spacious room. Clean. Safe. Friendly staff. Comfortable for a short stay. Great in house tour guide service. All in all in good place to stay when visiting the falls or the nearby across border shopping. Great value for money. Fantastic breakfast and 3 very nice restaurant options in the hotel as well. The only downside is that it is a bit dated so if brand new shiny fixtures is your thing then this may be a turnoff. The pool was also not up to scratch but I suspect this is cause not many guests are interested in the pool and such while visiting this city with so many great outdoor options.

It was very good for resting. The service was good although they wanted to charge me the internet that it supposed to be free. I had to show them the reservation. Nice deal for the money I paid. The sink had no stopper.

The hotel staff was excellent, the localization is great near from shops, markets, bus stop and other facilities,When I came back to Foz I´d like to stay at Bella Italia again.On the other hand, there is a good touristic agency in the hotel
