Easy access, convenient to local attractions. Clean and spacious. Tourist desk attached and helpful.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was a bit small but very clean. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the tourist office was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.

Great base to see iguazu falls. Tour desk by hotel reception were able to arrange a number of different trips. If you want to go it alone there is a taxi rank right outside the hotel which came in very useful.

Not as central as they make out but fox is quite a small town so did not take too long to get about

This is a pretty decent hotel, exactly what you would expect from very large chain hotels. The service is okay, not very personal. The breakfast was awesome, I have never before seen such a huge variety of breakfast every morning. The service at the restaurant is excellent although not much English is spoken which makes it a little difficult to communicate. It is convenient in a sense that we were able to book all our tours at the hotel and we got picked up there as well. It is definitely a hotel I would recommend to other travellers. The rooms are standard, nothing out of the ordinary or very distinct about the decor. All in all, its a good hotel.

The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. The trips to the falls well organised, the falls themselves out of this world!

No bar facilities for soft drinks or snacks near the pool or outside restaurant hours

The TV in my bedroom didn't work properly and the staff didn't know how to fix it.

I had to pack a lot into my short stay there, and the English speaking lady on reception made sure everything I had to organise worked out perfectly.

The room was great, very clean,small however my sister and I shared so we handled it fine,I am talking in terms of American standards but I have recommended this to two couples who are touring Brazil.The restaurants are all amazing, buffet breakfast,the fine dining was unforgettable the food so awesome.

Great staff, pick from airport was free. organized tours to both sides of the falls. and recredited my account when we pulled out of going to the argentine side, due to the argentine gov bringing in the reciprocecy fee on the border. I couldnt justify $100 each to go across a border for one day considering we were alreading having to pay to enter the falls area. Americans i think have to pay $160 reciprocecy fee. anyway they were discusted with it too and sympathised with us. it was the first day of the new fees. also room service was good. heaps of power outlets in your room. Breakfast was overwhelming. so much selection, really good.

Rooms are a little old, room safe was small. these are very very minor things that we were not really worried about but i thought id mention for people that might be.

Good looking resort, could walk to restaurants & arrange Iguazu tours. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good full breakfast. They upgraded our room. It included the largest bathroom we've ever had with large hot tub.

We got a suite which was very spacious with jacuzzi. Amazing breakfast selection and courteous staff...tourist agency in the reception made our trip comfortable and relaxing...though the furniture is a bit old but xmas decorations made everything look very nice. definitely recommend :)

Hotel is value for money, even though the room was somewhat basic. Nice and extended breakfast. Tour desk in reception is handy and the guy that helped me was friendly; transport for the tour and also transfer from/to airport was timely.

Terrible food was delivered to my room. Spaghetti carbonara was not tasty at all and the second time the french fries were cold.

The friendliest staff! big rooms and great breakfast selections. A lobby to sit and watch TV or have a drink. On some days free appetizers and drinks in the lobby. Great comfortable bed!

Location is near mall but a few minutes away from other restaurants and action. The place is a bit "aged" but not badly just shows older furniture and carpets, decorations - not a problem.

The hotel was clean with excellent, helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable with an excellent Ensuite shower room. The Breakfast was special and well renowned apparently - a huge range of home made baking and excellent pao de queijo. We would recomend this hotel very highly - they arranged a free pick up at the Foz do Iguassu airport and a cheap rate return after your stay for about £20 for the 20 km drive. Free Wi-fi was available in all parts of the hotel and pool area was pretty basic. Well positioned for large shopping mall with all facilities. Restaurant a little disappointing.

It was ideal for a short term break and ticked all the boxes.
