Extremely friendly and helpful staff including the travel agent in the lobby who organizes the excusrsions to Iguaçu Falls at unbeatable prices. Rooms are very pleasant and impeccably clean. Very good food at the restaurant as well as at the coffee shop. Great value for money. |

A good all around hotel to base a visit to Iguacu; well located, helpful staff, good restaurants and big breakfast, comfortable rooms and good beds; free wireless with your own computer Rooms are a bit small; easy to hit your head on the television. Travel agent in lobby is pricey, ok if you are an individual traveller, but for more than one person, much less expensive and more flexible to use the informative taxi drivers (but they don't necessarily speak english) |

By far, the hotel staff, reception,dining were excellent. The breakfast or morning selection of food selections were the finest we have experienced. Also the cleanliness of the entire hotel was appreciated. The entry door to our room squeaked loudly. |

Bella Italia a gem among hotels, privately owned and managed with the the greatest desire to make your stay a pleasant one. The staff are wonderful, kind and polite. I would recommend Bella Italia to anyone wanting a trouble free stay in an affordable hotel. |

Excellent breakfast that makes you want to wake up in the morning. Very friendly staff. Free water and coffee at the lobby 24hr. Good exchange rate if you want to pay in US$. 2 blocks from a shopping mall. Hotel is dated and rooms are small. |

Excellent stay with outstanding staff and breakfast. Italian night in the restuarant was very good, again with very good variety of Italian food. We managed to see both sides of the Iguasu Falls in one busy day with the help of the agency located in the lobby. |

The staff and the rooms, Restaurant was also good! The Hotel position is no very good if you arrive from Argentinien Airport: the Hotel can no pick you up from this Airport and the distance between hotel and Natural Park Iguaz is around 35 km!!! Hotel in only intereting if you arrive from Brazil to the Brazil Airport in Foz. |

Beautiful hotel. The reception area was inviting and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was phenomenal and staff were pleasant and friendly. The hotel was close to the bus station and shopping areas and therefore conveniently located. Would definitely recommend this hotel. |

Quiet and safe. There is at least a tour coordinator office in the lobby, although am not sure how competitive it was. At least, I am glad there is one.The daily breakfast was good. |

Clean. Very helpful and prompt staff. Terrfic breakfast. Good location. Beautiful interior. Tourism services desk in the building to organize transportation and tickets to all events and attractions. Free transportation is offered on arrival from the airport but not back to the airport. |

Good lively atmosphere and good food. They have a full time concierge who was very helpful. Internet access is good and nice small bar in the lobby. Breakfast included in the room rate is fantastic. Decor is a little bit dated. |
