Belluno Apart Hotel  

Various problems: -Check in is very late 2pm and Check out is very early 10 am. And they are not flexible at all, we arrived 20 minutes before check in and they told me to wait that only at 2 they know when a room is free. Really? with 6 hours gap since check out.. Is far more than most of hotels and the place is not a mansion. -One day we came back from dinner after 11pm and had to wait a while for someone to show up and open the gates. - One day at 9pm they didn’t allow us to use the swimming pool for no reason when the place is open and in the middle of the buildings. The next day there were several people using until at least 10pm -They don’t have a manual for the hotel with times and details, prices etc. Ahhh but they do have a plastic sheet saying everything you are not allowed to do. -The staff is NOT friendly and most of the times they don’t have the info you need. -They charge for internet per device and per day and of course is not cheap, they also charge to use the tennis court. -When I asked at the reception the cost to rent the tennis court the 2 girls there didn’t know and were going to check and well I am still waiting. - One day they clean better the other they don’t do much, the only thing they make sure is to make the bed, I had to phone reception a couple of times to ask for toilet paper as they leave the used one ending and don’t put more. I am giving the lowest score possible for the overall experience which was not nice. The flat itself is ok, well equipped and clean (at least when you arrive) and the flat is spacious. I liked the swimming pool and the place looks nice. Nice balcony too. Conclusion this is an expensive place, so in my opinion they are being paid well enough to cover all the issues they have.

Muy bueno en todos los aspectos. La ubicación a dos cuadras de la playa, facil acceso. Fue un apartamento muy lindo, cómodo y bien dotado con todo lo necesario. Dos habitaciones ámplias y camas nuevas muy comfortables. Hermosa zona húmeda y piscinas. Supermercado y pescadería a un paso del apartahotel. Excelente servicio, hasta adecuaron nuestra reserva por un cambio grande, de última hora, en nuestro itinerario de la aerolinea, sin sobrecostos.

Si hay que regresar al aeropuerto se debe solicitar el servicio de taxi con suficiente anticipación pues no están disponibles todo el tiempo.

The location is misrepresented. On the booking form it states that it is in the Jurere area which is completely untrue. It is at least 20 minutes from Jurere and teh main reason for choosing the hotel was because we thought it was in Jurere.

It's clean, cozy, good breakfast, close to restaurantes and supermarket, a block from the beach.

My room was located in the 3rd floor and they don't have elevators!

For the price, the hotel is good and well located.

Close to the beach, 2km to the village so if you dont have a car it is a bit far. The hotell was newly renovated and the garden with it's swimmingpools was very nice. A supermarket across the street, and restaurants as well. The staff was very helpful.

If you would like to use the tennis court wich is free, you must bring your own rackets and balls.

Ótima opção para quem viaja com pets. Quarto recém reformado muito aconchegante.

La atención del personal fue excelente en todo momento, muy buena onda. El Hotel muy bonito y accesible en precio.

Apartamento lindo, bem decorado, televisão grande, lcd, excelente imagem, funciona como um condomínio residencial, bem privado, cama king dizer, colchão muito confortável. Nos indicaram um restaurante perto com uma comida bem farta. O preço pelo booking foi muito bom.

Para quem não vai às praias do norte da ilha, gosta de praias com onda ou centros urbanos, fica em um bairro muito longe, fora de temporada, não tem nada. Mas com certeza o hotel é mil vezes melhor que os das praias que gosto na barra da lagoa! É só ter disposição para dirigir!

Os funcionários da recepção são super simpáticos e prestativos. A piscina e os apartamentos são muito bons, assim como a área de lazer (embora o parquinho infantil precise de melhor manutenção). A localização urbana é boa (farmácia e mercado em frente), mas fica distantes das praias frequentadas.

A limpeza dos quartos! Péssima! No primeiro dia encontrei uma cueca suja debaixo do colchão!!! O chão estava sujo, e a camareira/faxineira é super mal educada, assim como a chefe da rouparia, que, no momento em que eu fui até a recepção entregar a tal cueca, foi até o apartamento e discutiu com minha esposa!!! Péssimo! O pessoal da limpeza compromete a reputação do apart.

O apto é muito aconchegante, e a relaçao custo/benefício é ótima.

Apartamento muito novo e bom, com cozinha montada.

Não tem elevador. Fica um pouco distante de Jurerê, mas fica em um ponto estratégico para quem quer curtir Jurerê, Canasvieira, Praia Brava e Ingleses.

Segunda vez que me hospedo en el mismo hotel. Totalmente recomendable. Precio/calidad excelente!!

Las instalaciones, la ubicación.

Que no estén cuidados los juegos para chicos, las habitaciones no están preparadas para niños pequeños , ej mal terminaciones en punta ( cama, sillón , etc) No se verifican las habilitaciones al entregarse, ej, dos veces la ducha no funcionaba.

Muito bem localizado, ótima estrutura, ventilado e ensolarado. Gostei muito.

el estado de limpieza del apartamento no fue bueno, ni a la llegada ni durante la estadia. el apartamento en cuanto a la cocina esta muy mal equipado, el apart hotel era muy ruidoso. La sala de desayunos era demasiado pequena para la cantidad de huespedes.
