Helpful and friendly staff. valet parking. Located in the center of the city with a beautiful view over the park. English speaking staff. The breakfast could be better. Noise from the street even on the 19th floor. |

Location is very good and staff, particularly on desk, really try to be of assistance. Always seemed to be an English speaker on the desk and/or switch. Rooms are very large and set up like suites, with a screen between bed area and the rest of the room. The hotel was opened in 1975 and I doubt it has changed much since, but it must have been very modern at the time. Not a problem, but perhaps a suggestion. The area around the city is rich with historical towns and exceptionally interesting sites to visit,yet save for a single brochure rack on the front desk, there is basically no tourism information at the hotel. I ended up booking some tours at a travel agent in a shopping mall a few blocks away. |

O hotel tem ótima localização e arquitetura, porém precisa de uma reforma urgente. Os quartos precisam de móveis novos e janelas anti-ruído. A relação qualidade-preço não é muito boa. |

L'accueil du personnel. Cet hotel est très bruyant, les fenetres ne sont pas insonorisées, le bruit de la rue remonte aux chambres est insupportable, impossible de dormir ... Si comme nous vous compter visiter Ouro-Pretto ,je vous conseils de dormir dans une poussada sur Ouro-pretto (véritable havre de paix) . |

det billed som viser hotelet er misvisene ... det er nedslidt ... og ikke til 4 S måske 1 Star ... jeg fik andvist et luksus room der så nedslidt ... at jeg forlod hotelet efter 5 dage ... en af de ansatte sagde at det billed I fra Booking.com viste måtte være fra et andet hotel ... og det stiller jo et par spøsmål om jer ?????? sæt det til et 2 stjerne hotel ... riv det ned eller renover det ... og måske skulle Booking.Com have et check nu vo er i gang. |

Buona accoglienza alla reception, la posizione dell'hotel è centrale, le camere sono molto spaziose, la colazione è più che sufficiente L'hotel non è una struttura nuova comunque questo non comporta un grosso difetto, l'unica cosa negativa è che essendo l'hotel sulla via centrale di notte si possono sentire rumori dalla strada |

Não gostei do hotel porque ele está deveras decadente ... e o preço não corresponde ao que eles oferecem. sim, reformar o hotel ou abaixar o preço para fazer juz ao que pode oferecer. |
