Very friendly staff. Great views from upper floor room and restaurant. Good food at the restaurant. The rooms and public areas are somewhat dated and could do with a fecelift but it is certainly good value for money. |

The municipal parc in front of the hotel, the helpful people from the hotel. The breakfast is very good too as well as the common areas. - The rooms are far too noisy !! Put double windows in the rooms. This level of noise is not compatible with the level of the hotel + rebuild bathrooms (they are too old fashion). The bathrooms and the noise are not compatible with a 5 star hotel. |

Helpful and friendly staff. valet parking. Located in the center of the city with a beautiful view over the park. English speaking staff. The breakfast could be better. Noise from the street even on the 19th floor. |

Location is very good and staff, particularly on desk, really try to be of assistance. Always seemed to be an English speaker on the desk and/or switch. Rooms are very large and set up like suites, with a screen between bed area and the rest of the room. The hotel was opened in 1975 and I doubt it has changed much since, but it must have been very modern at the time. Not a problem, but perhaps a suggestion. The area around the city is rich with historical towns and exceptionally interesting sites to visit,yet save for a single brochure rack on the front desk, there is basically no tourism information at the hotel. I ended up booking some tours at a travel agent in a shopping mall a few blocks away. |

Las vistas de las habitaciones estan muy bien, y la ubicacion muy centrica. Lastima que la ciudad es muy fea, sucia y muy insegura. Las ventanas no estan insonorizadas. Yo dormia en la planta 20 y tuve que dormir con tapones en los oidos. No hace falta decir nada mas... Y eso que este es el mejor hotel de la ciudad. Imaginaros como son el resto. Sobretodo si viajais a Ouro Preto y teneis que dormir aqui una noche, cojed este hotel, porque los otros son aun peores. Son horribles. |

Comprovei pela segunda vez que o Hotel Othon tem portaria de 5 estrelas, quartos e corredores nojentos. O de Belo Horizonte tem quarto e banheiro necessitando urgentemente de renocacao e o carpete e asqueroso. Sem mencionar o ruido de carros, vendedores gritando etc... Remover estrelas e baixar precos ou se aconselhar com Sofitel de Florianopolis e reformar por inteiro, colocando conforto e janelas duplas para diminuir o ruido externo.Nao e um hotel para descanso e fica numa parte feia da cidade. |

Gostei do atendimento do bar no terraço e piscina. Mais simpatia do pessoal da recepção, são educados porém não muito simpáticos. A sauna fechou mais cedo domingo a noite, e também não funciona na segunda pela manhã (acabei não usando sendo que tinha escolhido o hotel pelo diferencial da piscina e sauna). |

Nada!!! muy caro por los servicios. Un baño que no merece ni la calificacion de 2 estrellas. Personal que parece que te haga un favor cada vez que les llamas. La conexion a internet solo tiene señal en la azotea a pesar de que vale 30 R$ diarios. Todo. No voy a volver. |
