Too expensive for what is offers. In Europe it would not be a 4 stars... Air conditioning too noisy. Windows are very old so all the noise from the street can be eared in the room. After 5 a.m. I couldn't sleep.

Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. English was spoken well by several staff members - a rarity for ne Brasil. Breakfast is a good selection f regional cuisine and long hours. Rooftop pool and saunas were great.

Internet was not always working well in the room and we sometimes had to go to the lobby to send email etc. Price was very high, probably twice what a similar room would cost in the US. It was Carnaval season, but it continues to surprise us that Brazil is now significantly more expensive than the US for basic hotels and restaurants

Room ok. Bathroom ok. Nice breakfast buffet ok. Lunch buffet ok, but too expensive.

Staff behind the reception desc no helpful at all... I hade problems with wifi connection and they couldnt help me. I asked for cable because I saw Internet socket in the room. Staff behind the deck told that they dont have cables and walk away to another staff and start chat with him, of course I had more question but I couldnt ask any more! The bigest problem for me was the noises coiming (9pm-11pm) from the floor above. I wish go sleep earlier because next day I had flight to europe. Call to reception did not help. Of course I could not sleep in the morning as well... Again noises... From the next room. Plumber was changing the pipes. Nightmare

é um hotel bom, com acomodações boas e limpas. Boa localização. Bom café da manhã e atendimento atencioso.

Custo benefício ruim, pois o preço é acima do que o hotel tem a oferecer. Não achei preços adequados em nenhum dos hotéis que pesquisei no Recife. Não há promoções disponíveis e as acomodações são mais caras que em quase todas outras capitais.

Gostei do hotel, do cafe da manhã, da localização, é a segunda que vez que fico lá e pretendo ficar todas as vezes que for a Recife.

Bem localizado, limpo, aconchegante, silencioso, funcionários atenciosos e discretos.

Taxa de 15% muito alta para nenhum diferencial.
