Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται BRL 40,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα επιπλέον κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 3.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα βρεφικών κρεβατιών σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

Free shuttle bus to airport - the only reason we stayed at the Panamby. We stayed two nights in two different rooms. The ac did not work in either room and it was too hot to sleep. I would only recommend this hotel for the free shuttle bus - which we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for at the airport. Breakfast was $7.50 for each person. |

The quality of the restaurant was very good with a friendly staff. There were no activities in or outside the hotel. It is however very suitable for a night in between flights. |

Friendly and efficient staff who went out of their way to assist with issues other than hotel business, ie doing printing for us, delivering room service tray etc. There is a trend to make Internet access (WiFi) available at no charge to users. Panamby only charges a token amount, but one still needs to go through the process of passwords etc. This is not really a complaint, just an observation. We will stay here again... |

swimming pool and thats about it the staff are not helpful and takes long time to answer questions .. i had to call back an hour later to find out what number to dial for overseas call! I will never stay there as help are not provided for guest! |

I found the staff to be very helpful. I chose the hotel because of the location, price, and airport shuttle. The room (106) in which I stayed needs new carpet. Sound travels through the walls very easily. I suggest offering fresh juices at breakfast. |

Gabriela at the front desk helped me out on several occasions...shuttle to airport, relative safety in Garulhos, breakfast buffet had good selection, etc. paying room at checkin- odour in 2 of the 3 rooms I was given- no safetydeposit box in 2 of 3 rooms I was assigned-pool not cleaned- no map of area, no services (other restaurants) within walking distance, airport shuttle not available as arrived at 1130pm, conflicting information about area. |

The advertised shuttle bus from the Airport was full, driver told us we'd have to wait an hour for the next bus so we had to pay for a taxi. This was very annoying seeing as this was the only reason to stay in the hotel.Won't be staying here again. |

Hotel was chosen for an overnight stay near to Sao Paulo Guarhulos airport and free shuttle bus service. Nice pool and gardens, helpful staff and decent breakfast. Without own car difficult to access somewhere other than hotel for dinner etc as beside busy road. |
