The advertised shuttle bus from the Airport was full, driver told us we'd have to wait an hour for the next bus so we had to pay for a taxi. This was very annoying seeing as this was the only reason to stay in the hotel.Won't be staying here again. |

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Shuttle to and from airpórt was good. Breakfast was great! Perfect hotel for our overnight in SP before flying out the following day. |

Hotel was chosen for an overnight stay near to Sao Paulo Guarhulos airport and free shuttle bus service. Nice pool and gardens, helpful staff and decent breakfast. Without own car difficult to access somewhere other than hotel for dinner etc as beside busy road. |

This is the perfect hotel if you have to stay overnight while travelling thru GRU. the shuttle service was fine and the room was clean and spacious. |

Sim, eu gostei do hotel, o preço é bom, só achei o preço do restaurante muito caro, mesmo porque o hotel fica isolado de restaurantes e a gente fica sem opção de escolher outro local para refeições. Acho, que deveria haver uma avaliação nisso ai. Não, apenas essa observação dos preços do restaurante, sei que é tercerizado, mas o hotel pode interver, para melhorar. Porque hoje as mudanças para melhorar é que faz toda a diferença, em todos os estabelecimentos comerciais. |

O sistema de reserva pela internet. Na informação sobre o valor das diárias ja poderia estar incluso o preço do cafe da manhã, como é de praxe na maioria dos hoteis. Mesmo com um preço maior (incluindo o cafe da manhã) o cliente fica mais satisfeito. Outra coisa, o sistema de pagamento que é cobrado na chegada do cliente. Achei muito deselegante. |

Las instalaciones con relación al precio, muy buenas, tranquilo para descansar, ya que está fuera de zona ruidosa. Estoy conforme Que no tengan Internet free. Es sumamente necesario en este tiempo. |

La atención de la gente. La rapidez para hacer la reserva por internet. La puntualidad en la movilidad del y al aeropuerto. El desayundo excelente. Internet wireless sin problemas. Realmente, ¡felicitaciones! Yo viajo mucho y generalmente hay problemas con la puntualidad y con las conexiones a internet. Con ustedes no ha sido así. Que no haya servicio de comida, snacks o bebidas al dormitorio |

Eu fiquei apenas uma noite no hotel. Cheguei as 22hs e saí as 11hs do dia seguinte. Achei o serviço de hospedagem caro pois tinha três pessoas e uma criança e tive que ficar em dois quartos, sem necessidade. A minha conta de encerramento foi cobrada em R$ 51,00 a maior, pois foi cobrada Whisque que nunca tomei da vida. Que o hotel cobre corretamente os valores das contas. Que o serviço de restaurante seja mostrado o boleto com os pedidos aos hóspedes. Que o Taxis sejam credenciados e controlados os valores cobrados. |
