most of staff were great pool area nice breakfast ok

rooms are freezing !!! unless its summer time in brasil dont stay here there is no heating in the rooms only a/c and only some have carpets..you need to have 2 big fluffy blankets and stay under ..good luck if you need the loo in the night

The hotel is good, close to the airport.

The airport shuttle service is from 6a.m. to 11p.m. our flight was at 2a.m. and we coul not use the shuttle. The swimming pool is cold water.

Clos to the Airport as we had a connect flight, shuttle Service, competent staff, good breakfast, free Internet if you have a laptop

Lack of service, airport shuttle that does not run between 230 pm and 430pm, but no guests aware. Discourteous staff!

The location close to the airport

The personal was fine, but not very nice!

I found personal was good enough.

Probably it was coincidence, but 30 min after we checked in around 20:00, they has a full electricity cut off for abt 1 hrs and we spent 1 hrs in total darknes. From the reaction of personal i understood, this is pretty normal as they took it rather lightly. Also stayin on the first store, i had slide window with no locks which is not encoraging while hotel situated between airport and down town.

The shuttle took for ever to pick us up. Although I had requested a non- smoking room, we got one for smokers. In the middle of the night rain started pooring from the ceiling an my bed and shoes got wet. I called reception to have the shoes dried at 3am. At 4:45am my shoes were still not back and so I had to call reception. At 5:10 I had to walk barefoot to the reception and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to bring my shoes. The taxi driver had to wait 8 minutes thanks to the hotel not having my shoes on time. That hotel is a dump and should not be advertised by your site.

Room size; shower size; staff friendly & helpful with some English; location was good - close to gru - but tricky to locate; breakfast was typical, good.

Internet did not work. Room carpet did not look clean.

Near the airport... And although near the highway it was very quiet.

Looks and feels a little old... And although near the international guarulhos airport to leave, when you arrive its not that near (have to go long way to return on the highway).

Very quiet environment. Allowed us to get much needed rest. Restaurant food was very tasty.

Unfortunate that the airport shuttle isn't offered more frequently. Since we arrived very early in the morning, had to take an expensive taxi ride to the hotel.

The staff is attentive. Hotel is nice and quiet if you take the room in garden side. Breakfast is top even if it's extra. The pool is maintained. Definitely, this is the best quality / tranquility / price in Sao Paulo if you drive car. If don't, you will not like it because hotel is isolated. Outputs will be only to airport with free shuttle from the hotel.

Some little things, noisy fridge and clim on the room. For the rest, it's ok.

Not close to any restaurants and the restaurant in the hotel was only serving Pizza.

We liked its proximity to Guarulhos Airport and the availability of free transfers from the Airport to the Hotel and vice-versa every 30 minutes. We met family at the hotel and there were ample lounges in which to sit and chat to them. The gardens and pool area are beautifully maintained and pleasant. A friendly taxi driver, Alexandre, was recommended by the hotel staff and he gave us a good tour of the city centre.

Every hotel in GRU is for traveling people, from GRU airport, mainly used for business trips. This been said, why hotel insist to charge for internet service ? Every business hotel offer free internet. IN these days, XXI Century, by charging internet is a very stingy type of being.

Espaço do quarto, bom café da manhã (apesar de não incluido na diária), hotel silencioso.

Ao efetuar a reserva, no campo observações, solicitei cama extra para uma criança. Ao chegarmos às 22:00hs tivemos que aguardar até 23:30hs para a instalação da cama.

Tudo foi maravilhoso.

Quando fiz a reserva havia anuncio de transfer p/ o aeroporto grátis. Mas como nosso voo era bem cedinho, avisaram que o transporte começa as 6hs. Da manhã. Portanto precisamos pagar o taxi, mas as demais coisas estava dentro do previsto. Mto. Obrigada!
