Best Western Premier Majestic Ponta Negra Beach    

Das Fruehstueck war sehr gut und ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht ein Einzelzimmer mit 2 BEtten und eine Junior Suite. Die Junior Suite war viel kleiner als beschrieben Auch der Swimmingpool war auf der Internetseite ein riesiges Becken. Im Wahrheit war diese nur hal so gross (klein).

- Neues Hotel an guter Lage mit umfangreichem Frühstücksbuffet - Eigene, verschliessbare Tiefgarage - Grosse Einzelbetten

- Kaum englischsprechendes Personal - Fehlende Freundlichkeit des Service-Personals - Kleiner Swimmingpool - Billige, auf antik gemachte Möbel (mehr Schein als Sein) - Enge Zimmer und Badezimmer

Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet und sehr gute Bedienung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal.

Eine Suite hätte frontalen statt nur seitlichen Mehrblick gehabt. Die werden wir uns wohl nächstes Mal leisten.

Small pool, just a minor thing.

Incredible hotel. The staff and manager were fantastic, the food and location were top level. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The suite was exceptional with an amazing view over the sea. We would go back tomorrow.

Not much- spotty wifi, small pool, unwelcoming restaurant, elevator out of order. Oh, and they threatened us .

The toilet malfunctioned our entire stay. We lifted the lid to fix the problem, and accidentally broke the lid/top. They demanded we buy an entire imported toilet even though their toilet never worked. They claimed that parts were not available in Brazil, so I'd have to buy them the whole thing. Three emails to the manager and 2 trips to the front desk, the toilet was never fixed. At check out, I offered to pay a portion--for the lid that we broke (even though we wouldn't have broken it if the toilet was working) and they started calling the police. I was sitting in the lobby of a nice hotel trying to work out a compromise with the.( My son was quietly reading beside me) and they are on the phone with the police. I watched 4 other groups check out during this event--every single one had a complaint or was charged for minibar items they didn't consume (they tried to charge us for sodas we didn't drink, too). There are tons of better priced and locally owned hotels and apart-hotels in the area--give them your business...they aren't likely to bully you.

beakfast very good, staff excellent, room comfortable, hotel decor interesting.

Our room was overlooked by the gym, not possible to have the curtains open. Bathroom was very nice but did not like the cheap toilet seats.

the hotel is new and is pretty good compared to others in natal. recommended especially for the fee - great price.

there are no double beds, only very small narrow single beds. had trouble sleeping...

Nice, clean rooms. Everything seemed new. Breakfast was good, but be careful with the rush. Waiting for a table isn't ideal for breakfast at your hotel. Would recommend staying here. Beds are great, and decor is funky.

The pool was disgusting. After a day on the beach, refreshing in a pool is ideal, but this one was horrible. Of course it had sand, no big deal, but the water was totally cloudy with little white things floating around everywhere. I felt dirty as hell getting out of that pool. Clean it, it's tiny! Ponta Negra beach was trashy too, not a good combination.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Not too big, not too many people in a hotel.

Water problem, sometimes hardly water when showering. It took a long time to get warm water, sometimes just cold water. Sometimes no water for flushing toilet. Breakfast: Missing fresh tomatoes, lemons, boiled eggs. No pepper and salt on the tables.

Our staying was very short in Natal, and we are happy we stayed at the Best Western Majestic in Ponta Negra. The rooms are great: new, modern and clean with spectacular view. All the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. It is not seaside, but you only need to cross the street to be on the water. It is also close to many restaurants, so it is very convenient.

Good facilities, very helpful staff, very clean. Basically it deserves its 5 stars without a doubt...

I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel staff to speak English and not to have to look for a person who does everytime...

Fast check in and check out service. The reception staff spoke a fair amount of English and seemed keen to practice. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent but a lot of it was very rich in taste. We booked our buggy day trip up to the north through the hotel and managed to get get an English speaking driver. This is a fantastic trip, much better than expected- definitely the highlight of our three night stay. The hotel also called us a taxi that took us straight to Praia de Pipa for 140, which we would recommend other travelers to do as it saves a lot of time and avoids the extremely high taxi fares within Natal ie to the bus station. Overall, although slightly more of a business hotel feel, this seemed the best quality option in Ponta Negra compared to the dated beach hotels nearby.

You had to cross a fairly busy road to get to the beach. However, there are restaurants on this road nearby for the evening. Also the exterior of the hotel is not that appealing.

Do not stay here, what a nightmare.

The wi fi in my room did not work, or it would work occassionally and then stop makingyou loose the mail you hadjust written. Verystressful. There was no warm water at night! I had a freezing cold shower! The informed duty manager thanked me and hoped i would come again. Is she outof her mind?! No wifi, cold water, and no apologies, no discount, nothing?! Andnthe beds are 1.90. Instead of the 5 star standard of 2 meters, being 1.93 that meant having my legs over the ege and bad sleep.. This is no 5 star hotel,this is a cheqp poussada trying to look like one.

The people at the hotel were very friendly and helped a lot in everything that I asked.

The Game Room. I saw only a table and chairs and nothing else :(

New hotel, excellently decorated with classic furniture, staff extremely kind and competent, excellent location near the restaurants and cafes area.

The room is not large enough, could be better having only one double bed rather than two.

The staff were very kind, efficient and able. The hotel is brand new and have a great decor. Very nice to stay at.

The only thing I have to mencion here is that it could be at the beach or a little bit closer.

A equipe da recepção se mostrou displicente e ineficiente, tivemos alguns incidentes desagradáveis.

Eu gostei de tudo: beleza, design, atendimento excelente (o melhor do mundo), cordialidade, café da manhã maravilhoso, limpeza impecável, localização perfeita (muito perto dos melhores restaurantes e da praia).

Absolutamente nada.
