Location is good, near to copacabana. The bed was good. The bathroom was not good, shower was dirty, the handle was loose. The hotel is old and need a renovation.

Friendly people!!! The prices dont't reflex the quality.... The Windows are not isolated and if you sleep direct to the avenue... Bad luck You will not sleep because it is too loud. not always clean... They have to work on that. It is a must... the have to invest in new windows!!!! Therefore the price does not match the service

This hotel is not in a very good location in Rio. Even though it is a less than 10 minute walk to Copacabana beach, I think that there are better places to stay in Rio. Copacabana is not like it used to be years ago. I recommend staying in Leblon, Ipanema or Barra da Tijuca beach. Location.

The best was a staff. I can not stand mentioning nice and kind Joana and Gumberto. They were the best. However the whole staff was very helpful. Location was good. Brackfest was really excelent. Free internet in the lobby was very important. No complaints! Thank you all! Good luck and go ehead!

Good value for a hotel at Rio, where hotels are very expensive. Would be expensive for most other places in the world. Walking distance from beach and shopping mall (locals warn against passing the tunnel at night!) Bathroom could be better cleaned (some molt in shower corners).

Localização boa, a 2 quadras da praia, e próximo a orla de Copacabana. Quarto confortável, limpo, moderno, chuveiro excelente!!! Atendimento muito bom. não tenho nada a declarar.

Funcionários atenciosos, somente. Quartos com muito barulho proveniente da rua(os quartos não tem isolamento acústico); reclamei e me colocaram num quarto em que o colchão é defasado; café da manhã fraco demais; instalações antigas. Não merece ser classificado como 4 estrelas.

Emplacement 1. A notre arrivée, 20 minutes pour le "check in", puis encore 5 minutes d'attente parce que la chambre n'était pas faite (il était pourtant 19 heures) 2. Le 2ème jour, chambre non faite (la personne chargée de la faire est arrivée au moment où nous allions nous coucher...). 3. Quand j'ai appelé la réception pour signaler ce fait, personne n'a répondu, malgré 10 minutes d'attente. 4. Sur la TV, la plupart des chaînes avaient le son mais pas l'image. 5. J'ai demandé un dédommagement financier à l'hôtel, qui m'a uniquement proposé la gratuité de location du coffre fort, soit 9 reis (soit 3,60 euros), ce que j'ai refusé. 6. A notre départ, j'ai demandé un taxi pour le terminal des croisières (en donnant l'adresse par écrit), mais le concierge a envoyé le taxi à l'aéroport : j'ai heureusement détecté l'erreur à temps.
