A localização é ótima, o atendimento dos funcionários excelente, os quartos estão reformados e em ótimo estado. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, o salão é pequeno e o atendimento fraco. |

Buena ubicación junto a la playa de Ipanema y la calle Vinicius de Moraes. La habitación estaba recientemente renovada, todo nuevo salvo las ventanas. Me ha parecido un poco caro para lo que ofrece, aunque en general los hoteles en Río son caros. La habitación era un poco pequeña. |

la posizione Abbiamo pagato per una camera deluxe vista mare e in cambio abbiamo avuto invece: finestre e pavimento della camera sporchi, impalcature per lavori di manutenzione, operai che riverniciavano le pareti dell´hotel privandoci della pivacy, della vista mare e producendo un cattivo odore di vernice. Costringendoci a tenere sempre le finestre e le tende chiuse! Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni sul perche` non eravamo stati avvisati, lo staff, scontroso ed arrogante, ci rimandava sempre al giorno dopo. Fino a quando, la mattina del chek-out, ci ha accolto un nuovo impiegato che, non essendo al corrente dei disagi, ci ha fatto saldare il conto dicendo che lui non poteva farci niente. Complimenti! |
