Kind of near the beach They overbooked and tried to make me go to a different hotel that they own that is farther from the beach. Wifi was an absolute joke. Some of their antennas were not even plugged in right. Many other we're not configured on the network. All were in a stairwell with steel doors. Duh! I finally fixed the one for my floor by myself.

Excelente ubicación y desayuno: Desde este lugar hay facilidad de acceso a la playa, a los autobuses, al metro, asì como a distintos lugares para comer. El desayuno es surtido y se aprecia fresco; las personas que cocinan son amables si uno solicita algo. Falta de limpieza. Cuando lleguè el serivio sanitario estaba sucio y habìa ropa interior sucia sobre la puerta del baño, esa era la sensación en la habitación. La atención en la recepción puede mejorar.

La habitacion comoda. El desayuno bueno y abundante. La ropa de cama; Me cobraron por adelantado la habitacion cuando hice la reserva. Las toallas estaban con manchas y mucho uso. De noche me costo convencer al conserge para que me calentara una taza de agua en un micro ondas por un problema de salud. El codioficador de Tv no funcionaba y recien el tercer dia y ultimo me solucionaron el problema.

A localização.O hotel é simples, suficiente para viajantes que só precisam de um lugar para dormir. O valor da diária é totalmente fora do padrão do que se apresenta ao hóspede. Fiquei lá simplesmente porque não havia vagas em outros hoteis entre Catete-Copacabana.

rien,ni l'accueil ni les chambres donc rien,Cest la raison pour laquelle nous avons resilie la suite des reservations, Il est impensable que cet hotel soit sur votre liste de presentation, Que diriez de chambres sans feetre donnant sur l'extériur,de cafards courrant dans les chambres et tout ca sans que le personnel ne puisse intrevenir,

Buena ubicación, proximo a la playa y entretenimiento nocturno. El personal es atento y presta la ayuda indicaca cada vez que se requiere. El edificio es antiguo y con espacios muy estrechos. La habitación era muy pequeña y no estaba muy ventilada, habia un olor a humedad constante. El televisor solo emite canales locales.

Ubicación excelente, a una cuadra de la playa de Copacabana. Desayuo variado. Cordialidad del personal. Buena limpieza de las habitaciones. Ofrecimiento de tours y lugares para comer. Hotel recomendable 6/10 puntos. Falta de mantención en las habitaciones (grifería que gotea, puertas de los closet en regulares condiciones, manillas y cerraduras de la puerta de entrada en malas condiciones). La caldera del hotel falló en varias ocasiones (no salía agua caliente).
