Os funcionários que trabalham no hotel, são muito educados e simpáticos,mas falta funcionários para um hotel do porte.O café da manhã é ótimo, o restaurante também é ótimo, o hotel é bonito e confortável O serviço do hotel em limpeza é péssimo, fiquei 3 noites e 4 dias,pedi para limpar o quarto todos os dias e nenhum dia foi limpo. E não fiquei todo o tempo no hotel. Eu nunca estive em um hotel que não tem pessoas para carregar as malas, um hotel por mais que seja da categoria economico tem que saber satisfazer os clientes em conforto e comodidade. |

O hotel é aconchegante, muito limpo, serviços e atendimentos bons, fica próximo ao Shopping Estação em uma avenida com acesso para vários pontos da cidade. |

Atendimento do staf de recepção e flexibilidade no horário do check out que não foi rigidamente ao 1/2 dia por necessidade minha... Melhorar o café da manhã pois está muito aquém do que se espera de um hotel dessa classificação. Já fiquei em pousadas com melhor cardápio matutino. Também não havia variação do cardápio nos dias em que estivemso hospedados danco a entender que é continuiamente assim. |
