close to beach, bars and restaurants
needs renovation desperately, bad smell in room, view from room onto a/c units, had to wash own breakfast dishes, too expensive for value
the staff is amazing - very helpful and chill.
the room is a lil cramped.
Offer blankets and checking out time is too early, Over all its very good for bed and breakfast! Thanks to all staff specailly Diego and Rose!
Only checking out time!!
Staff, very rude, didn't show us where the apartment was and made us run two blocks 3 times after giving us the wrong keys! Not willing to give us the wifi password
The people were very nice and helpful with us. Tey gave us an apartment because our room was not available and the good news was that the apt was very big, comfortable, with a great terrace and located close to the hotel. They respected the money
The staff on duty is very friendly and helpful (provide detail information for my transportation to tourist sites). Very close to Copacabana Beach (you can touch the sea in 5 min walk). They help to arrange taxi to airport (fixed price R$45 to domestic flight airport and R$65 to international flight airport). My booked taxi did not come (book through the hotel) and their staff ran outside the street at 5am to get a taxi for me. Though their breakfast only available between 9am and 11am, they specially arrange breakfast for me on the morning that I need to leave at 5am to airport.
They does not allow early check in (even not allow for 11am) or late check out (even I am willing to pay some extra charge). They charge for baggage left in the hotel (R$10 per night). Their breakfast is only available between 9am and 11am. Their WIFI is very unstable. I have to keep my smartphone and laptop very very close to my room door to have the WIFI connection. I even can't have any WIFI connection in my room for one night. I have to down lobby for WIFI that night. No water kettel or water in the room (there is water in fridge but they charge). They only come to make up my room after the third night I stay in the hotel (I stay for 5 days 4 nights in the hotel).
Dirty towels, dirty place, dirty sheets. There was no water, so we were sent to another place that was supposed to have cable, wi-fi and water. there was no cable, no wi-fi and no hot water. the breakfast was ridiculously poor. The mattress was horrible. when the hot water got fixed it was either too hot, like boiling, or too cold. the owner said that we would get a discount. the discount didn't even amount to 10%. terrible place. i hope they go out of business.
They are not ready for business ! I know you pay what you get! But they are not ready ! I am not try to put them down. ! Staff is fine and only the might need time to rebuild the place !
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the air conditioner in our room functioned really well and felt nice. I also enjoyed the self serve breakfast of coffee, fresh fruit, and toast each morning.
The bed we were provided with was not a bed at all. It was literally a wooden boxspring bed frame with sheets on top. It was almost impossible to sleep on this surface.
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, excellent location (near the metro, the beach, fast food joints...) and great value.
