Too much noise in street

The hotel is located in a run down location of town; the room windows are very old and traffic noise from the busy road ahead was unbearable in the room. I had to use earplugs to sleep at night.

The hotel of location is near to MRT-Republica station. It is convenient. Hotel's staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is good!

The hotel is near to park so very nise, expecially on Friday night.

a little bit expensive for this area (next to Republica), check-out in the morning could last a little bit longer as many business guys want to check out at the same time and the reception is not really prepared for it, only one glass in the room to drink of (too less for this price category)

It was well located from republica square - loads of bars, restaurants and transport . It was very clean . They allowed me a 5pm late checkout. Breakfast was decent

It seems outdated and basic . Reception staff did not speak much English . Main lights in room connected to card slot so had to remove that which switched everything off. No safe in room.

I can really recommend the hotel. It's in old centre of Sao Paulo which offers a lot of interesting spots to visit close by. The staff was friendly and suppotive.

Very good hotel in an excellent location.

In my opinion the location of the hotel is perfect. It is situated very close to the "Republica" metro station, which provides an easy access to other parts of the city. Even though the staff doesn't speak English very well, they try really hard to reply your questions, give you the information you need and make your stay comfortable. Once they found a Russian speaking guy among the staff to talk to me since Russian is my mother tongue, and it really surprised me. The breakfast was good, and I didn't have any problems with wifi. Yes, it is a little slow, but free of charge.

Hotel staff are great. Friendly, efficient and helpful.

Unfortunately, I had a room on the 2nd floor on the street side of the hotel. Noise level is unacceptable.

Although there are so many homeless, addicted, etc. living in the streets of Sao Paulo, the boulevard that hotel was located was one of the most convenient and safe places near downtown and financial center (Avenue of Paulista). Staff working in hotel are very welcoming and friendly and breakfast is marvellous. Somehow, the rooms were not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Staff could speak english, which is a very important issue if you are not speaking Portuquese.

I was in the city in winter (July) and it was a bit cold. There was a climate in the room but it was not for heating. The staff in the hotel said me that there is no heating system in hotels in Brasil. However, I was about to get flue. If you are visiting the city in winter, be well prepared to sleep in cold weather.

Very very nice and helpful staff (except for 1 indvidual working the PM shift) and a great breakfast buffet which was included in the price. Great location although neighborhood is not as high scale as it was many years ago. Hotel is on a busy street, but still a quiet location. Nice park and public library right across the street, and a very vibrant local community surrounds the hotel. Metro stop is down the street and lots of shops and mini-malls in the area.

My only complaint is that hotel has very unreliable internet service which can be extremely frustrating for international tourists and visitors. This hotel really needs to maintain a strong and solid wi-fi signal; because as a tourist in Brazil you can purchase pre-paid wi-fi service, but you cannot activate it unless you have a Brazilian CPF#. Almost everyone staying at this hotel was Brazilians (business people and national tourists/visitors) so most had their own 3G service on their phones, ipads, and laptops; but I was unable to purchase pre-paid 3 G service due to the inability to activate it because I lack a CPF#. If you absolutely need solid access to internet and you are not Brazilian, this hotel is not for you. If you can function w/out internet, you will really like this hotel and it's location.

Manutenção no sistema hidráulico no chuveiro, avisando o hóspede somente 15 (quinze) minutos antes do desligamento da água quente.

Gostei muito do atendimento do hotel, funcionários atenciosos e que buscam atender as necessidades do cliente.

Cama, ducha e localização excelentes.

Na chegada nos colocaram em quarto não reformado com carpet, pedi para trocar o que foi prontamente atendido. Na chegada já foi cobrado a totalidade das quatro diárias. A descarga é muito barulhenta.
