This 4-star hotel offers spacious, air conditioned accommodations in the Moema district of São Paulo. It is right next to the Ibirapuera Shopping Mall and half a mile from the Ibirapuera Park. The Bourbon Convention Ibirapuera is also a few blocks from the popular 23 de Maio, Bandeirantes and República do Líbano avenues. Congonhas National Airport is just 2.5 miles away. Rooms feature a modern décor. All rooms include a work desk, cable TV and minibar. Interconnecting rooms are available as well as accommodations with seating areas. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Bourbon Convention provides an indoor pool with lounge beds, a well-equipped gym and relaxing dry and steam saunas. It also provides a large business center. Internet access was good and free for the first 6 hours per day. Reception was slow. Never enough staff at the desk. This is classed as a 4 star hotel. Going on the condition of the room and having travelled a great deal I would put it as 3 star only.Noise from near bye airport is considerable.

Excellent location! Close enough to the airport to avoid rush hour traffic while still avoiding the noise (they have special windows that block the noise). Also, there is a huge shopping just across the street (with good restaurants and shops) and an Outback just around the corner. Price was very good comparing to nearby hotels and facilities available.

Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location for local restaurants, shopping mall and Congonhas airport Very poor room service.....a soup and coffee took 2 hours to arrive even after chasing up!!

The installations are pretty good. Located very close to airport and to a lot of restaurants. Front desk staff not so friendly. No iron available. Only ironing service.

I like the mini bar, and most of the stuffs could speak english. 1, The reaction for customer's requirements is a little slow 2, The cleaner only clean up the quilts everyday, but not change.

The location, next to the Shopping mall. The quality of the rooms. Not a good value for money. I book a double superior room, and was not up to this standard, was most like a double inferior 2 star look at like room The general mantenaice of the building.

Hotel is very clean. Room and toillet spaces were very good. Bed was good too. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is in front of a shopping center, and there are good restaurants nearby. Screws at the shower box were rusted. The hotel is far from a metro station.

In my bathroom there were only 1 bath towel. Even when we called ansking for another one, in the next day (after the room service) they left again only one bath towel. How can a room for two people has only one towel!? In all the other topics, the hotel was perfect!

Good location and breakfast. I requested room facing street when I booked the hotel, but when I checked in, no such room available. The next day I have to explain three times to reception to get room changed.

The location is nice, and the people are polite, but overall .... The service was not very good. I had a problem with my telephone, and it took two days to resolve that. Though I called several times requesting someone help with my telephone, it was only fixed because the gentleman who came to the room to unlock my safe knew that the telephone in the small bathroom often gets bumped leaving the receiver off the hook. I also did not have hot water for two days. They refused to give me any kind of break on the price. The wireless internet is free, but the business center internet is expensive. Most hotels today offer free internet, regardless of the way it is broadcast. I spent two days in Curitiba in a much less expensive hotel called Slavieri. The internet was free, the people were polite, the service was excellent and personal. The price was about 1/3 of what I paid at Bourbon Convention. I will not stay again at Bourbon Convention.
