Hotel was near to the domestic airport Congonhas, which could be considered a plus. Also, it is in the mddle of the residential area and green part of the city. Breakfast was good and personnel speaking english. Far from the center and metro line.

The staff especially Gocalvez (from Ilhas Canarias) were all excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I have to return to Sao Paulo for business soon and I would certainly try to stay at Bourbon Ibirapuera again.

Staff really nice and helpful The location is quite safe, no problem go around at night, really close to a mall The room design is really nice The laundry service is really expensive The hotel located really far from Metro station (although you can always use a bus)

Problems with energy I had to climb 9 floors. Room service did not work had to go out in the middle of night to go eat. Poor service. Good hotel had stayed there many times but not sure will come back.

The location is very close to Congonhas Airport and Shopping Ibirapuera. The Hotel was crowded and noisy. Guests of mine had to wait in a queue for 30 min until they could come up to the room. After the visit they had to pay 20 Real for parking. There were nobody to guide them in the hotel and were lost. It's simply unpersonally. The breakfast room was the same crowded and noisy. No good start in the morning. The quality of breakfast was poor. The airport is very close so that I could look from my room into the passengers eyes during landing. There are for sure better Hotels in Moema.
