Excellent location; dependable services and good quality. Free internet service and very good breakfast option.

A very well located affordable hotel. Has all the necessary facilities. Breakfast was very good. A huge shopping Mall next door and staff speak English well. Hence a good place to be.

May be the Lobby needs to have more sitting facility. It has just four chairs and often most of the people have to stand waiting either to leave or to be picked up.

Great for business travellers, it provides free wi-fi, a really confortable room, good breakfast, and is a street crossing away from a big shopping center, for all of a traveller's need: food, gear, gifts, services. I'd say it was one of my best business travel experiences.

There's this practice that seems to be coming standard nowadays, that is charging for all the nights beforehand. I've seem other hotels doing that as well. This is not a problem on its own, unless you need to checkout before the end date, which will require a refund process that may be confusing - it didn't happen to me, to be fair.

The location is excellent, side by side with a Shopping mall and very near the airport. The room is cozy and the bed is excellent. The staff is friendly. And the breakfast is great!

The swimming pool is not nearly as nice as the pictures lead to believe. Nor is the gym, so don't expect to do much exercising if this is a priority to you.

The staff weren't friendly nor were they helpful. It took me an hour to be checked in at 3 in the afternoon. The staff didn't seem up care and were quite dismissive. Gladys on reception wasn't helpful at all. Lack of professionalism.

Great Location. I always try to stay in Moema region in Sao Paulo as You can do everything by walk. Lots of options for shopping, eating and the best Park just few minutes by walk. Big rooms, full of space and very clean. Good Breakfast buffet.

The swimming pool!

This hotel is for us the best example of cold atmosphere. Nice rooms with dirty carpet and cheap bed. The restaurant has a poor offer , the cold buffet (salads and others) was good but the warm one has to be escaped. Everything has the same taste (beef, chicken and pasta). Really bad. The placement of the hotel is good for visiting the city but the quality is not at the level they pretend.

Excellent location! Close enough to the airport to avoid rush hour traffic while still avoiding the noise (they have special windows that block the noise). Also, there is a huge shopping just across the street (with good restaurants and shops) and an Outback just around the corner. Price was very good comparing to nearby hotels and facilities available.
