Alimentação de um modo geral, em particular a sobremesa. O atendimento dos garçons deixou a desejar, tanto no restaurante como no serviço de quarto. Fato ocorrido e desagradável foi que as 10:00hrs em ponto o café da manhã foi retirado não respeitando as pessoas que estavam dentro do salão.

Quartos antigos e mal conservados, ar condicionado muito barulhento, quarto sujo, banheiro cheio de cabelos. Com relação a alimentação, muita falta de atenção no buffet, por exemplo, comida fria, purê extremamente ressecado, sopa morna.
