Não apreciei a recepcionista cobrar a diária fora do sistema booking. Reservei quarto com cama de casal e foi oferecido quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Todas as inconvêniencias foram resolvidas, mas teria sido melhor se não tivessem ocorrido. Também houve muito barulho de carros durante a madrugada, perturbando o sono, o que está relacionado a localização do hotel, próximo a importantes avenidas.

Os funcionários da recepção são bem atenciosos e a localização do hotel é ótima (em frente ao shopping Curitiba e próximo a diversos restaurantes), o café da manha, entretanto, é mediano. A televisão foi colocada longe demais da cama, razão pela qual as vezes é quase impossivel ler as legendas sem ter dor de cabeça.
