Bristol Dobly International Hotel  

Very fancy looking from the outside. Also, unlike the other Sao Paulo hotel I stayed in on this trip, this one has free wifi and free 24 hr airport shuttle.

Very, very ordinary rooms when you're inside. They would be graded no more than 2 1/2 stars in South Africa. Also noisy, extremely noisy, for two reasons. (1) Don't let them put you on the 14th floor, as they did to me, even though they knew I was checking in at 2am after a long flight. There is a pool and conference venue on the 15th floor. Cleaning staff drag chairs and tables backwards and forwards across the tiles from an early hour. You will be woken up. (2) The architectural design may look fancy (the building is hollow from top to bottom around a central atrium), but any noise from the lobby area (eg music, large groups) echoes throughout the building and into the rooms. In summary, avoid this place if you need to sleep in.

A large concrete box,zero charm and staff unable to speak English!This was listed five star-- in Europe it would be classed as 3-4 star.I hope I never sleep there again.It seemed to be a ghetto for cabin crew in an industrial landscape.

only overstay 1 night in transit and therefore perfect, price, location and shuttelbus. I went out for Dinner and found some nice restaurant in just work distance one even with German Paulaner Beer;)

Price, there is hotel nearby with more competitive prices. The rooms are average compare to international standards, need a refresh up. The building from outside looks stunning however the rooms need to be up to what the first impression gives however it is far from it. Would appreciate if there is more information on the bus time and pick up location written on the website. I have to call them to know where they actually pick up their guests from the terminal.

They were nice on check in

Too expensive for the poor service. Very poor service.

The indoor swimming pool has a good size, and was usually empty. The restaurant was very good and provided a nice choice of buffets for a reasonable price. The hotel is very close to the airport (20mins drive) and the shuttle service was punctual and friendly.

The water and room in the indoor swimming pool were not very warm, luckily the winter in sp was rather hot (27c during my stay). Despite this weather my daughter was freezing after 30min in the water.

The location is very close to the airport and the hotel offers free shuttle from/to airport.

The staff barely speaks English. Very slow response to email and not informative answers made us take a taxi to the hotel despite the availability of the shuttle. In the check in, both my wife and I had to sign for a safe key- but there is no key but a code...The room was dirty.

Sim a recepção horrivel.sem contar que fiz a reserva no booking para mim e um Industrial Indiano equando chweguei nas sua dependencias fiquei sabendo que não havia nenhuma reserva, meu amnigo empresario quem viajou vinte horas para tratar de negocios, ficou muito decepcionado com a sua repecpção. Dsculpe me porem estou quaze todo mes em guarulhos para negocios e não ficarei hospedado em seu hotel.

Estaba cerca del aeropuerto y tenia buen servicio de recogida.

Grupos de jovenes subiendo y bajando en el ascensor hacia dificil el uso. Esperaba algo mas de un hotel que se considera 5 estrellas. Bastante ordinario. Bano muy pequeno.
