Restaurant service was good, and the people were friendly.

I requested a possibility to early check in, but I received questions about what I need only after I stayed!!

Unhelpful, unfriendly staff.

Very fancy looking from the outside. Also, unlike the other Sao Paulo hotel I stayed in on this trip, this one has free wifi and free 24 hr airport shuttle.

Very, very ordinary rooms when you're inside. They would be graded no more than 2 1/2 stars in South Africa. Also noisy, extremely noisy, for two reasons. (1) Don't let them put you on the 14th floor, as they did to me, even though they knew I was checking in at 2am after a long flight. There is a pool and conference venue on the 15th floor. Cleaning staff drag chairs and tables backwards and forwards across the tiles from an early hour. You will be woken up. (2) The architectural design may look fancy (the building is hollow from top to bottom around a central atrium), but any noise from the lobby area (eg music, large groups) echoes throughout the building and into the rooms. In summary, avoid this place if you need to sleep in.

Quiet clean room and excellent shuttle service. Unfortunately the hotel has put its tarrif up by 26r. It is now overpriced with no obvious differences so we will stay in hotels close by which are more competitive.

We asked for the safe deposit to be fixed and they did not bother. The hair dryer did not go. One would think the cleaning staff would check thjis and not leave it to the guest to report these faults.

The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient.

Not very friendly, rooms a bit tired.

A large concrete box,zero charm and staff unable to speak English!This was listed five star-- in Europe it would be classed as 3-4 star.I hope I never sleep there again.It seemed to be a ghetto for cabin crew in an industrial landscape.

Camera piccola e bassa.La sezione fumatori ( come me) deve assolutamente essere "rinfrescata"

Shuttle naar en van het vliegveld. Behulpzaamheid van de receptie bij organiseren trip naar de stad.

Niet goed ingespeeld op reizigers die midden in de nacht aankomen en nog niets willen eten en drinken.

Sim a recepção horrivel.sem contar que fiz a reserva no booking para mim e um Industrial Indiano equando chweguei nas sua dependencias fiquei sabendo que não havia nenhuma reserva, meu amnigo empresario quem viajou vinte horas para tratar de negocios, ficou muito decepcionado com a sua repecpção. Dsculpe me porem estou quaze todo mes em guarulhos para negocios e não ficarei hospedado em seu hotel.

Estaba cerca del aeropuerto y tenia buen servicio de recogida.

Grupos de jovenes subiendo y bajando en el ascensor hacia dificil el uso. Esperaba algo mas de un hotel que se considera 5 estrellas. Bastante ordinario. Bano muy pequeno.

Hotel so tem nome, muito simples pelo que cobra, nao vale a pena,os quartos sao muito ruins.

Os quartos antigos, precisa de reforma, so tem aparencia externa,

Poderia ser permitido um late checkout mais longo. Foi concedida apenas 01 (uma) hora após o horário regular, mesmo não havendo lotação total do hotel.
