Otimo servico! Excelente cafe da manha e cama muito confortavel! Dava para se ouvir a conversa, chuveiro, descarga e portas se abrindo e fechando dos quartos acima e/ou do lado. Fiquei no 304, ao lado direito dos elevadores. Mas fora isso, achei o hotel muito bom!

Muito confortável e com o providencial serviço de transfer gratuito ao aeroporto, que está a menos de 5 minutos de distância. Fiz solicitação de algo especial devido ao dia dos namorados, mas não recebi nenhum retorno, seja positivo ou negativo. Um bombom na cabeceira da cama já seria suficiente... Vale a dica para o marketing do hotel.

Tive problemas com aquecimento da água, tanto na noite do check-in, como no dia seguinte. Se por acaso a alegação de que a noite foi exageradamente fria não serve porque a temperatura baixa nesta época é normal em Curitiba, eles tem que estar preparados para isso.

Infelizmente a limpeza do banheiro deixa a desejar, muito bolor. Acho que um País como o Brasil, pela questao da umidade do ar, nao permite banheiros sem janelas para uma ventilacao adequada!
