Appropriate location for my business in Sau Paulo. The room was quiet and comfortable. Room service was very good. The poor level of lighting in the room made working difficult. The master light switch by the bed did not work - and was not fixed during my 4 night stay despite my request after my first night. The bar staff were not too knowledgable regarding drinks and had poor english - unlike the Marriot hotel near the airport that I stayed at for my first 2 nights in Sao Paulo.

Excellent location (of course if you need to be in the Vila OIimpia area...), very good breakfast, reliable internet connection. My room (9th floor) should be renovated a little bit, especially the bathroom, but at the end was not too bad.

Tão somente da localização, perto de um bom shopping center, o Vila Olímpia. Nao apreciei o atendimento desde a chegada quando houve atraso para fazer o check in. O restaurante além de muito caro apresenta uma comida apenas sofrível. O preço que cobram pela água mineral (uma pequenina garrafa) é exorbitante - r$ 8,00.

Embora nao tenha tido tempo para curtir tudo que o hotel oferece (infelismente), mas ele tem uma boa nota devido a ótima localização, quartos e banheiros espaçosos, funcionários prestativos, restaurante fenomenal, e muito próximo de congonhas.

Localização No horário do check in o apartamento não estava disponível. Tivemos que aguardar na recepção por mais de 40 minutos e, após chegar no quarto, o que foi solicitado na reserva (apto com 3 camas solteiro) e confirmado no dia anterior por telefone, não estava preparado.
