Near to the airport.

The transportation from the airport to the hotel (arrived 20 minutes late, and no apologies for that; no helping with my luggage); Check in service (no helping with the luggage, no room explanations, just received the key); Check in / Check out (I explained all that happened to me to the front desk person, and he said their owner would send me an e-mail, but this e-mail never ever came out). I do not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location to catch an early morning flight.

Rooms were dated and need of new bedding.

Very close to the airport and shuttle departing every 20 mins. The food and cocktails are really good. WiFi at the rooms is also quite good. Fast check-in and check-out.

WiFi doesnt work at the restaurant.

They did not give the rate that I booked from booking.com, they said the hotel fully booked, and no information from booking.com receiced.

Great location for people having to stay overnight to catch a plane the next day. Efficient shuttle to the airport, but why only every 20 minutes?

distance from the center, very hard traffic, at least 1 hour to avenida Paulista, for 90-100 brazilian reals.

Hotel being close to the Intl Airport, and hotel having airport shuttle bus. Friendly staff, good breakfast and dinner buffet.

Rather expensive hotel rates.

As instalações estão limpas, mas desgastadas o hotel esta precisando de uma reforma o lençol parecia uma lixa de tao gasto o quarto esta com cheiro de velho, precisando trocar carpete e mobiliario. Nao vale quanto cobra é hotel pra 200,00 a diaria no maximo

A distância do aeroporto internacional de Guarulhos.

Do valor da tarifa, pois um hotel que se apresenta 4 estrelas não ter nem televisão de tela plana nos quartos, chega a ser comédia (de mal gosto). A televisão além de velha, o sinal era péssimo, cheio de chiados, interferências, parecia antena convencional. Apesar de "portentoso" percebe-se que as instalações estão degradadas, por exemplo, no banheiro o chuveiro estava enferrujado, piso descascado e o carpete manchado (grande por sinal). Hotel 4 estrelas tem de ter ao menos três peças de toalhas por pessoa (duas banho e uma rosto). Café da manhã, nada demais como se diz em outros comentários, a propósito, já tomei cafés infinitamente melhores em hotéis mais baratos e com suco natural (de verdade) e frutas frescas.
