Only location I have booked a superior room without knowing it was a standard room. However, staff didn't explain to me when I asked and only after several times asking a third staff has responded that we have stayed in a standard room. The standard room has a TV from my grandmother's time and it is very basic. The bath they provided for my 4 months old baby was broken, I had to request hot water to prepare a bottle and they took 2 hours to provide after several calls and the safe wasn't working.

The location is very convenient for those who need to stay overnight in order to catch a conecting fligth next day. Its a bit pricey,but still very covenient.

This hotel was so convenient for our overnight stay in Sao Paulo before catching a connecting flight the next day. It was very close to the airport and provided a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel and airport. It is extremely comofrtable, clean and luxurious - the perfect hotel to relax in after a long night flight. It provides room service 24 hours a day and has everything you would need. A bit overpriced.

Very close to the airport and shuttle departing every 20 mins. The food and cocktails are really good. WiFi at the rooms is also quite good. Fast check-in and check-out. WiFi doesnt work at the restaurant.

Localizacao e servicos agregados quando se necessita tomar voos matutinos, morando fora de Sao Paulo. Dependendo do horario do voo, e nao podendo desfrutar do cafe da manha, este nao deveria ser cobrado na diaria. Este comentario e para a booking que faz a reserva.

Ficaram de nos acordar as 15 para as seis e nos acordaram uma hora depois, irresaponsabilidade, perdemos o cafe, e quase perdemos o voo, e ainda tivemos que pagar taxi.

La amabilidad de su personal Muy decepcionante la habitación y el baño. Luego de haber estado en el Marriot del aeropuerto, pensé que por el mismo precio iba a encontrar algo similar, y fue deprimente, realmente. Además, el bus del hotel que lleva al aeropuerto solo funciona de 06am a 00:00....y mi avión salía a las 05:30....Fiasco!
