The hotel is ideally situated for travelers moving on to other destinations and perfect for business meetings. It is close to Guarulos International airport and the service is of the highest degree in Brazil

Close to the airport

Hotel is approx. 10 minutes away from arrival hall in Sao Paolo GRU. Rooms are alright, not European standard but very much okay. If you choose business rooms there is a special breakfast room on 10th floor for you. Also reception is at 10th floor then. Staff is very very friendly and helps you with every problem you might have. WiFi is available all over the hotel and speed is acceptable.

As the main airport GRU is very close by, you can hear the noise of planes. Also in the rooms a coffee/ tea maker is missing. Minibar is quite expensive in comparison to all other things in the hotel.

A good airport hotel with a very good shuttle to/from the airport. The bus has wifi and the journey takes approximately 10minutes. Nice pool but the gym needs an overhaul and they charge 20reals use it - I requested mine was refunded as there were only two treadmills , both in use and a small queue - one cross trainer which was broken and an array of weights machines badly in need of a service and replacement. If it was bigger with an array of machines there would be no objection to paying - that said they refunded with no quibble. Rooms were comfortable with good amenities and the breakfast an evening buffet meals were very good.

It is a very elegant hotel. First class serviice. Gorgeous design.

Airport bus does not identify the hotel

There are actually two hotels under one roof - Ceasar Park and Ceasar Business. The reception of the latter is on the tenth floor, which is kind of strange when you arrive there for the first time. On the other hand, it's somewhat cheaper than Ceasar Park, which makes it an obvious choice. Anyway, if you're looking for an Airport hotel in Sao Paolo, look no further.

If you have an early flight, don't rely too much on the Hotels' shuttle to the airport. Bus is relatively small. The first one starts at 6:00 am and in our case it wasn't able to handle all the passengers that needed to get to the airport. The situation didn't end up with a fight at the doors, but was close to it.

Location. It was very close to the international airport in Sao Paulo. I had an early flight and it was important to stay close by.

Rooms were a bit outdated. Transport provided to the airport didn't start until 5.00am. I had to get a taxi to get the airport in time for my flight. Expected a lot more from a luxury hotel.

Only location

I have booked a superior room without knowing it was a standard room. However, staff didn't explain to me when I asked and only after several times asking a third staff has responded that we have stayed in a standard room. The standard room has a TV from my grandmother's time and it is very basic. The bath they provided for my 4 months old baby was broken, I had to request hot water to prepare a bottle and they took 2 hours to provide after several calls and the safe wasn't working.

The location is very convenient for those who need to stay overnight in order to catch a conecting fligth next day. Its a bit pricey,but still very covenient.

Proximidade do aeroporto e facilidade de transfer. Check-in e check-out rápidos, ótimos para quem está com horários apertados para embarcar.

Nosso quarto era triplo e quando chegamos a cama extra não estava montada. A equipe solucionou o problema em menos de 15 minutos, mas a cama já devia estar lá desde o momento que entramos no quarto.

A localização, limpeza e o atendimento do hotel.

O serviço de transferência do aeroporto ao hotel por ele disponibilizado. Seria melhor que esse serviço não fosse oferecido, ou se oferecido, houvesse uma melhor escolha da empresa prestadora do serviço, pois nossas malas foram danificadas pelo motorista que arrastou-as sobre um trilho cortante do bagageiro do ônibus rasgando duas malas. No momento meu marido solicitou que ele tivesse mais cuidado e ele respondeu grosseiramente que nós deveríamos tê-lo ajudado. Eu recomendaria o hotel, porém com a ressalva de não ser utilizado o serviço de transfer.

A reserva feita pelo booking.com não foi encontrada e, felizmente, havia lugar para a estadia de uma noite. A justificativa foi que ocorreu uma mudança no sistema do hotel e algumas reservas se perderam. E se não houvesse lugar no hotel? Sugiro que seja feita a confirmação do hotel para o booking e deste para o cliente 15 dias antes da data de hospedagem para dar margem a refazer a reserva e não ter que passar pela situação de não ter a reserva confirmada no hotel. Outro fato desagradável foi o vazamento do box do banheiro não contendo nem escoando a água, o que provocou certo alagamento pelo chão do banheiro. Inaceitável num hotel desta categoria e preço!

nao gostei da atendente - pois quando reclamei sobre o quarto - paguei R$440,00 por uma noite - ela respondeu que recebe aquilo que paga achei muito bom pois o hotel realmente precisa mudar de nome comparando com caeser park bueno aires e outros.

ja disse - estou cancelando a minha reserva de volta - vou trocar por Marriot pois chego 1230PM DE NEW YORK - aMERICAN
