The shuttle bus to airport start from 5:30, because I could not use the early morning flight.

Most of the flights from Europe arrives early in the morning. Hotel doesn't offer an early check in, which cause some inconvienience after longhaul flight or necessity of booking the room for the day before your arrival

I liked the convenience of being very close to the international airport, good option for leisure such as swimming pool and billiard, nice view and nature, and noise proof windows

The staff was not all good, wrong information was given during check-in regarding transfers to airport; meals were ridiculously pre-reheated, breakfast coffee was very bad, except for paid coffee, mini bar prices ridiculously expensive, business center took such a long time to deliver 2 pages printout, no staff available, too burocratic system, room didnt have enough amenities for such a 5 stars hotel and so pricey

Staff not too proficient in English. Service at reception was slow. Not enough staff to cater to the many guests. Hotel is very old and badly needs renovation. When told to help repair a broken light in the room, the staff said they cannot do anything to help. Staff clueless on what to do. Not helpful.

Ideally located for business travellers since it is close to the Airport (difficult to reach from Sao Paulo City) and car rental return. It is clean, efficient and the rooms are well equiped.

The only trouble that we had with our stay,and this has happened before.Is that there are two sides to the hotel,business and park.Park is more luxurious and is what we booked with booking.com,however when we arrived we were told our booking had been made in the business side even though our paperwork clearly says caesar park.The hotel staff did however honour our booking and put is in the correct side at no additional cost. The hotel is a really good place to stay with a good pool bar fitness centre and a pleasure to stay in.

chegamos mortos de viagem, pedimos dois sanduiches no quarto.. falaram que em 30 min estaria la... depois de uma hora veio so um sanduiche e uma conta de 68,00 reais por um sanduiche e duas cocas....

Apenas e tão somente da localização. Muito próximo ao aeroporto de Guarulhos. óTimo para conexões mais longas.

O preço é absurdamente caro para que o hotel oferece. Não é um cinco estrelas, de jeito algum! Faltam comodidades e requintes. As toalhas são de péssima qualidade, o chuveiro é horrível, os quartos são antigos, com carpete (coisa superada), e nas camas, o velho cobertor (que não lavam a cada troca de hóspede, claro). O café da manhã que oferecem para os hóspedes que precisam deixar o hotel antes das 6h é abaixo da crítica! Ainda que a proposta seja oferecer apenas um desjejum básico.
