I stayed in this hotel as I couldn´t find something else and wanted a place to stay comfy in Rio. For 100 EUR a night, I had imagined something good but at least usefull personal. I ave to say this was the worse hotel I ever stayed in and, being travelling for a year, I have seen some. The most disturbing is the way the people treat their customers. |

Everything, the service was bad and so was the hotel. They would not turn on the lights for our (or any) floor, it will only turn on through sensors. We booked our Carnival tickets via the hotel, they told us that they can get them. We paid, on the day of the show they have no clue where it was. Turns out that they never got it. We had to scout for the tickets ourselves. |

O hotel é bem localizado e tem um bom atendimento. O quarto é aconchegante, limpo... o café da manhã é diversificado e dá para todos os gostos. Eu recomendo o hotel para quem não está muito preocupado com luxo, mas com comodidade e sossego! |

Comparando o preço da diária com a qualidade do hotel a relação é péssima. O que eu gostei foi: a cama, o colchão (é muito bom), a roupa de cama é excelente, a café da manhã tb é bom. Quase tudo neste hotel é mediocre. Os funcionários deveriam ter uma melhor apresentação e uma gentileza maior ao nos receber e ao nos despedir. O banheiro apesar de limpo é escuro os azuleijos são velhos, o que dá um aspecto péssimo. A ducha é enferrujada o que compromete um bom banho. O ar-condicionado necessita de ser limpo os filtros. |

Nada. Internet não funcionava, água do chuveiro não saía (frio), baratas saindo da pia, ar condicionado não funcionava. Água mineral do frigobar com forte gosto de plástico. |

Es centrico La camarera que limpiaba las habitaciones siempre de mal humor. Los pasillos sucios, los precios del restaurant muy altos en relacion a otros restaurantes, los taxistas de enfrente no usan los taximetros y en general las instalaciones un poco viejas. |

niente... quello che hanno offerto era tropo poco per essere considerato un albergo 3 stelle!!!! pavimenti, mobili e struttura in generale sporchi e precari!!! ascensori ineficienti... personale non simpatico! bagni sporchi, puzzolenti e senza finestra!!! in 5 giorni non hanno caricatto neanche una volta il frigor!!! non rifacevano il letto ma lasciavano il lenzuolo e gli asciuga mani piegati... le lezuola erano scarse e piccole... ambiente umido e con odore di muffa... ecc ecc ecc |

Região central Os funcionários para atendimento do café da manhã deverão ter mais motivação para o trabalho, esquecem das suas tarefas. As toalhas de banho e rosto poderiam ser trocadas de tempos em tempos(não é limpeza), mas de tanto uso elas ficam velhas. É isto, demais serviços nota 10. |
