the bathroom is very small, it does not have a door that separat the shower that of toilet;

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Osias was very helpful, accommodating (mainly because we don't have any language barrier with him; he communicates in good English) and even all the other staff try to extend their very best assistance. The hotel is strategically located in the downtown area -Rio Branco which is the main avenue where one can experience the carnival parade. The tourism bureau is also nearby. I will rate the hotel's location as excellent because it is near the churches, foreign currency exchange bureau, shopping, and travel agencies. Though it is a three star hotel, the amenities made up for it. We had good buffet breakfast. Salute!

For the fact that it is three star hotel, our rooms didn't give us the comfort that we wanted.

It is5 minute Walking distance to the Cruise Port. A very safe area. You are at the center of the city close to the Central Bank. Only thing is there is only one person there who spoke english. Full Hot breakfast included .

They were the only restaurant opened on New Years day. Everywhere in other hotels they were closed. For the money during Copacabana fire works it is worth every penny. Its only 25 min from GIG ( International airport ) in a safe area. Hotel itself is a little old but clean.

When I made the reservation, you charged the credit card and it is not correct.

Terrible hotel and charge me one more day.

Location

High price considering the facilities. I just stayed there because there were no vacancy in others hotels. For the same price it is possible to stay in a better place. There were mosquitos in the room. Tv set was old, few channels. There were no rooms for no smokers. Staff seemed to be frustraded working there, so they were not very nice and polite.

I really liked the location

When I arrived in the room, it wasn't smelling very good. Moreover, the shower didn't work very good...Maybe, it's because center hotel is cheap hotel.

Everything. No room service, no cleaning tables at breakfast, no glass inside the room to drink water! The hotel is clearly taking advantage of the high demand of passengers, but I assure that a customer with a minimum of good taste will have only one experience at this hotel. Additionally, they charged one extra day, in spite I had informed two days before I will be leaving early. It´s the worst hotel I´ve ever stay in Rio.

Gostei da Localização e da presteza de alguns funcionários. O preço também era bom.

O atendimento por telefone era péssimo, parecia que era uma obrigação o atendimento. Não me senti acolhida ao telefonar. O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado e o frigobar também. Houve uma situação meio constrangedora onde eu paguei quarto duplo, pois sabia que receberia uma pessoa, e na recepção questionaram a presença desta pessoa, sem antes observar o que tinha sido reservado e o fizeram em frente a pessoa. Primeiro se olha a ficha do hóspede, depois o chama em reservado. Fiquei constrangida! Recomendaria o Hotel, mas com respaldo.

El Hotel fue exactamente lo que necesitaba, un lugar cómodo para dormir, limpio, el personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones son buenas, esta en pleno centro de la cuidad, con una estación de metro (subterráneo) cercana para quienes gustamos de conocer la ciudad por nuestra propia cuenta, el precio es razonable. Lo único que le agregaría es que tuvieran el servicio de Wi-fi en las habitaciones y no solo en las áreas comunes.

- A limpeza em geral é precaria segue a baixo os itens que deixou impressionado: 1- Teias de aranha no teto 2- Ar condicionado com filtro imundo tanto que tinha poeira em todo lado atacando minha renite 3- Banheiro nem se fala nojento 4- Box sem porta causando o encharcamento do piso 5- Janela com fresta aberta 6- Piso sujo. 7- Preço alto 8- Falta estacionamento Concluindo apesar da localização não vale a pena a estadia pois não consegui dormir a noite toda, ainda bem que foi só uma noite!!!!
