Atendimento pela propria propietaria, gente finissima, educada e hospitaleira e que da dicas importante sobre a cidade e outras informaçoes uteis. O local do café da manha e muito florido e limpo. O hotel tem boa relaçao confortoXpreço, no entanto só precisa melhorar o chuveiro, pois sai muito pouca água, em jatos muito "finos".

Possui bom atendimento, funcionários hospitaleiros e preocupados com os clientes, boa higiene e serviço de café da manhã. Hotel pouco conhecido, portanto com alguma dificuldade de localização, embora seja no centro da cidade. Ficar atento ao check out.

Gostei muito do quarto onde ficamos e dos aparelhos (TV, frigobar, ar-condicionado, chuveiro) em ótimas condições e limpeza. A hostilidade dos proprietários nos deixaram muito a vontade, como se estivéssemos em casa. Foi uma experiência positiva. Com certeza retornarei ao hotel quando voltar a Macapá. A fachada não nos agradou muito no início, pois estava acostumada a resorts e hotéis 05 estrelas, entretanto, depois de uma olhada mais humana, adoramos o Centro Hotel e toda sua estrutura.

A educação da atendente do hotel. O café da manha á muito simples e com poucas opções e não há tv por assinatura. Hotel muito simples.
