They were very helpful in organizing trips to the falls. Also to the argentinian side. The room was very little, the window does not close well( sometimes very cold at night ) , the air condition ( heating in this case very noisy, we could not sleep well. For that price I think it was fair, you cannot expect more.

Unusual and charming set up with a warm and informal atmosphere. Very helpful staff, who can help with orgainising reliable airport pick ups, local trips, and have good local knowledge of restaurants etc.

The room and facilities fit our needs perfectly. The location was excellent for bus travel to the falls and one could bus or walk into town. The staff were all very helpful. The pool was wonderful after a hot day at the falls. Good value for budget travellers. Exceeded our expectations.

Very nice and helpfull staff, they explained everything perfectly. Hotel with very good location to self trip to national park, but if someone likes organized trip Charm Suites also has such offer. Nice accommodation.

All staff in this hotel are extremely kind and helpful. They will find you the way to get to the waterfall and other sightseeing spots. 20 minutes to walk to downtown restaurants

Der Hotelbesitzer Marcio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, genau so wie seine Frau. Auch das Hausmaeddchen Rita ist ein Segen fuer das Hotel. Ingesamt hat das Hotel durch Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und durch die wenigen Zimmer war eine familaere Atmosphäre. Ingesamt kann ich das Hotel nur sehr sehr empfehlen

O clima familiar e o atendimento personalizado. Os proprietários sempre gentis e atenciosos, incluindo a cozinheira e a recepcionista - um amor de pessoa! As instalações sempre impecáveis, limpas, sem a frescura e a impessoalidade dos grandes hotéis.

Instituirem uma pequena refeição noturna, para os viajantes cansados de caminhar nas trilhas. Também a disponibilização de mapas para que nós possamos nos orientar - não havia mapa da cidade!

Because of the cold weather the "suites" were VERY cold. But we did get ekstra blankets without any trouble. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information and so on.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du gérant parlant trés bien français il s'est occupé de toutes les réservations pour les sorties et excurtions et service navette aéroport. Il s'agit d'une pousada familliale petit dejeuner exellent et copieux avec des produits fait maison.Exellent rapport qualité prix.

à la période où nous étions les nuits étaient fraiches des couvertures en plus auraient été les bien venues l'internet sans fil ne fonctionnait pas toujours mais possibilité d'utiliser les ordinateurs mis à la disposition des clients.

Samen met onze dochters 2 kamers gehad, Gezellig hotel met slechts 6 kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede service wat betreft het maken van tochten en trips, altijd bereid om te helpen, Er werd redelijk engels gesproken door de eigenaar. Goede taxi service. Een aanrader als je van rust en eenvoud houd en niet teveel geld wilt uitgeven.

Nadeel de honden in de buurt. Meubilair was wat verouderd. Spaarzame verlichting kamers.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, bem central próximo a shopping. Achei o pessoal do hotel um pouco despreparado no repasse de informações, como onde comer e passeios pela cidade. O quarto tinha cheiro forte de cigarro, provavelmente o hóspede anterior fumava muito, porem as instalações eram confortáveis. Um ponto positivo era a disponibilidade de computador com acesso a internet.
