They are only focused to make money. Better to order a taxi then to take the service of the hotel, it is more expensive. Rooms are not isolated, you hear evertything, a phone in the hall is ringing as from 6am.... On the website it is stated that they have laundry, but it is not the case, they charge high and you have to go to the center. Also be aware you do not take out a coffee or something because without saying nothing you will be charged 15 reales. Better to take the hostel 2 houses further, what we did finally...

Friendly and helpful staff - arranged for my pick-up from airports in the wee hour of the morning and sending me off to the airport in the wee hour of the morning. Also, got me a driver to drive me to Iguassu Falls at the Argentina side and Brazil side, with reasonable charge and save me a lot of hassle as I cannot communicate in Portugueese. The driver I got can speak english, which may my travel a lot more pleasant! I thank him and invited him to join us for dinner in the restuarant he recommended, and we enjoyed the food thoroughly! The driver's name is Marcos, a staff in Charm Suites, I think.

They provide a free shuttle from Cataras Airport to hostel which was on time. Also breakfast was good. They organize all tours in both Brasilian and Argentinian sides. We bought a tour to Argentinian falls which was well organized.

Although we booked a room with frech bed and addressed that, they gave a us a room with 2 seperate beds which were uncomfortable. There weren’t so much things to do. And nearest market is 15 min. Away by walking.

Really comfortable spacious,clean accommodation, serviced daily, free wifi in the room, secure, refreshing pool, convenient secure parking, close to airport, town, main tourist attractions, helpful staff, breakfast included at a very reasonable rate.

The Hotel Staff helped us alot in booking and facilitating the transportation in the city and to the Cataratas (Brazilian and Argentinian sides) with reasonable prices. You can negotiate the prices of transportation a bit. Very good value for the money. Staff speaks english which is rare here in Brasil. The pool is a nice addition to the pousada, it helps relaxing after a day's walk in the parks.

Not all the beds were comfortable especially not the bunk beds. The Pousada doesn't look very nice (outside and inside) however it's clean and tidy, not recommended for romance stay.

The staff were outstanding and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was great. One bus stop from anywhere you wanted to go. Quiet and central. Would highly recommend this to anyone. And they had english speaking staff.

Spacious room, nice warm shower and large bed! Breakfast was ok, enough choice. Nice swimming pool and helpfull english speaking staff. We only stayed 1 night, but I would recommand the place

A really good breakfast buffet, clean rooms with English channels, they booked all our excursions and transported us wherever we wanted. The hotel is really near a big supermarket.

Only two staff members speak English. And once we booked the taxi of the hotel to the falls and had to wait 30mn, there seemed to have a problem of organization for the transportation on a couple of occasions.

It was a really good hotel! I didn't expect it's gonna be that comfy! They organized all transfers for us for a very good price.. Everything was escellent!

Good location - several minutes by bus to the TTU. Suitable for using as a transit piont - not expensive and has everything you need for short staying.

Breakfast was rather poor.

The location is ok.

The breakfast is not good, all the pastries being unfresh. The breakfast staff is not friendly at all. The breakfast starts at 7 am, when we came 5 minutes earlier we were rudely told that they are not opened yet. When we asked for a late check-out (only 1 hr after the normal time) we were refused without any explanation.

óTima recepção, boas dicas para turistas ao Paraguai e Foz do Iguaçu. O Marcos nos levou a ótimos locais, nos tratou como amigos de longa data, assim como os outros funcionários. é uma pousada com ambiente bem familiar, tudo muito confortável, limpinho, moderno, novinho, muito bom mesmo. Tem uma área e uma cozinha comum, para quem quiser fazer um lanche ou churrasco, isso é muito legal. Preço justo!

Dos preços dos passeios turísticos, apesar de dividir em até 3x no cartão, achei um pouco caro, mas nada de absurdo também, creio que seja o mesmo preço praticado em outros locais. Mas valeu!

Excelente pousada, recomendo a todos. Toda a equipe da pousada é muito atenciosa. óTimo café da manhã, incluindo suco de frutas natural. Pertinho do ponto de ônibus, visitamos as cataratas do lado brasileiro e argentino usando o transporte público.

Wi-fi não funciona no prédio do outro lado da rua. O pagamento no check- out não pode ser parcelado, segundo a pousada são regras do Booking.
