We hadden een ruime kamer met een ruime badkamer. Het water had de temperatuur die we wensten. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker (zelfgebakken) en gaf een huiselijke indruk. Het zwembad was klein maar zalig. De info die we kregen was juist en correct. De trips die georganiseerd/voorgesteld werden door het hotel waren goed, interessant en prijs/kwaliteit juist! |

Goede ligging t.o.v de bushalte naar de luchthaven en de watervallen en dichtbij het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk famliliehotel. het belletje bij de receptie die je in de kamer hoort is wat vervelend. Daar wordt aangewerkt de receptie gaat verplaatst worden. |

Samen met onze dochters 2 kamers gehad, Gezellig hotel met slechts 6 kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt. Goede service wat betreft het maken van tochten en trips, altijd bereid om te helpen, Er werd redelijk engels gesproken door de eigenaar. Goede taxi service. Een aanrader als je van rust en eenvoud houd en niet teveel geld wilt uitgeven. Nadeel de honden in de buurt. Meubilair was wat verouderd. Spaarzame verlichting kamers. |

Vriendelijk personeel! samen met de beheerder de trips en taxi's geregeld, is allemaal prima gegaan, voor een schappelijke prijs. Goede transfer vliegveld hotel v.v. Hotel is klein maar gemoedelijk, klein zwembad, maar groot genoeg om af te koelen.Hotel ligt niet te ver van het centrum.Hebben hier 4 fijne dagen gehad. Interieur was wat ouderwets en misschien aan vervanging toe. Alleen één grote spaarlamp op de kamer, geen verlichting bij het bed. |

We liked the helpful staff who generally spoke good English and the fact that they made themselves available to check us out at 4.15 am (for an early flight). We did not really like the fact that the rooms all open straight onto the reception area (no isolating corridor). |

Being able to books tours - sufficient tourist info available The hotel did not receive the reservation from booking.com!!!! I was not pleased with this especially as a first time user. The hotel arranged this nonetheless, however could not live up to accomodating us in their own building which is much more agreable. I find the reservation problem having caused this. The hotel is not to blame |

The hotel is very clean and very nice. The staff is very helpful. The best breakfast ever. The owner bakes herself all the cakes for breakfast. |

They were very helpful in organizing trips to the falls. Also to the argentinian side. The room was very little, the window does not close well( sometimes very cold at night ) , the air condition ( heating in this case very noisy, we could not sleep well. For that price I think it was fair, you cannot expect more. |

The rooms are cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and speaks English (In Brazil this is not a common thing among Hotels). Free use of internet. Close to the passing bus to the Iguassu Falls and the Aeroport. Because the rooms are opening directly to the reception, it can cause some noise in the rooms. Actually the owner is currently building a new hotel across the road. |

Unusual and charming set up with a warm and informal atmosphere. Very helpful staff, who can help with orgainising reliable airport pick ups, local trips, and have good local knowledge of restaurants etc. |

The room and facilities fit our needs perfectly. The location was excellent for bus travel to the falls and one could bus or walk into town. The staff were all very helpful. The pool was wonderful after a hot day at the falls. Good value for budget travellers. Exceeded our expectations. |

Very friendly owners (they were in the hotel busines before starting this hostel 1 year ago), nice and cosy, nice swimming pool, excellent value for money. At this time of year no airco needed at night, so no noise (unlike Argentina hotel where I am now). Father of the lady owner is taxi driver and drove me around. A great choice for budget travelers.. Free internet in the small lobby. nothing to dislike, in this very nice place |

Very nice and helpfull staff, they explained everything perfectly. Hotel with very good location to self trip to national park, but if someone likes organized trip Charm Suites also has such offer. Nice accommodation. |

All staff in this hotel are extremely kind and helpful. They will find you the way to get to the waterfall and other sightseeing spots.
