- Lovely people, very nice and helpful staff, always eager to please and caring. - Good quality for the price (for Rio standards). The rooms are clean, in good shape and well equipped. - Good location, quiet area, but at the same time, close to the beach, the subway and the bus stops.

I booked a room with twin beds and they gave me just one bed. The internet signal was so weak that I couldn't connect. I arrived at midnight and the person in charge hardly gives any information. I could never find the manager to complain. Too expensive for the lousy service.

Reception staff excellent, very helpful, cheerful with good attitude and english. 15/20mins walk to the beach on one of the most pleasant streets off Copacabana. Good price for the budget traveller considering the location.

Loud noise from shower boiler which was right beside ours but operated for any guests in other rooms, a nuisance if going off at 6am! Ear plugs are your friend. Mildew in top corner of room should be cleaned with next deep clean but suites were kept otherwise very clean by staff.

We loved the place offering the deal is very good return.

when the taxi arrived ido not recognise,cos the internet pictures on the front is diferent.i arrived with 4 baggage and very heave and atendent dont ask me if i need some help,and whem i leaved the other staff dont ask me if i need some help as well. next time i choose diferent place to stay. thanks.

some staff not all.need moore training how are amazing whit costumers. i take 4 heave bagagge alone,and my suiteis on 2 floor.but is finish next time i take moore carfully.

The staff was friendly and the room was good and clean. Not much to say about the facilities, it's a hostel, so don't expect a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was decent, but try and arrive closer to 8am than to 10pm. Nice location, 10-minute walk to the beach, close to the subway and loads of bus lines.

The room was close to the road and kind of noisy.

I really loved this place. It definitely had charm and atmosphere. If you like modern and sterile, , friendly and really enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff and i hope i can come back some day!

The staff was not friendly at all, they even suggested us a wrong bus for Corcovado! The common bathroom: small and the flush is not working, when we told the staff to do something, they didn't seem willing to repair it. Better to use it in the early morning, BEFORE other people. Breakfast was ok, even if the space to have it is not enough sometimes.

Jeff on reception was very helpful, spoke very good English and was very approachable.

The hotel was quite a walk from the beach in a residential area. The rooms were small and bathrooms smaller. The showers were always warm though. The staff were quite aloof with the exception of Jeff. This property is a hostel although I did not see it described as such and for the money paid, albeit Copacabana, it was low season and I would have expected better. The breakfast was very basic, only having bread and preserve.

The room was really great. Good bed and great space. The restrooms were always clean.

The "worst" I found in the hotel was not a problem from the hotel itself. It was the traffic noise that came into our room. The room had a little terrace that was opened to the street, it was almost impossible to sleep from 5.45 on. Another two drawbacks were that the shower room (upstairs) didn´t have more than a hanger working and the light inside it was broken. The last thing is that, being in a country as "tropical fruited" as Brasil, I found a bad thing that the breakfast "fruit juices" were actually "brick juices".

O ambiente era limpo e confortavel, era bem proximo da orla de copacabana e o local parecia ser bem seguro.

Não gostei do ambiente de alimentaçao pois era pequeno, o cafe da manha nao havia muita variedade, mas era bom.

Localização é boa e o café da manhã é simples mas bem gostosinho. Os quartos e banheiros são limpos.

Os quartos não tem janelas, somente umas pequenas que abrem para o corredor. Não bate sol no quarto e por isso a roupa de cama tem um pouco de cheiro de cachorro molhado, mas ao solicitar para trocar foi atendido prontamente. Sem opção de late check out. Chuveiro não tinha agua quente.

Excelente ubicación, buenas instalaciones, limpieza y predisposición del personal. MUY RECOMENDABLE! Las habitaciones individuales son muy lindas y limpias! Volveria sin dudas...

Lo unico bueno es que se ubicaba en un barrio no peligroso de Copacabana.

El staff no hablaba español; los baños eran diminutos e incómodos; no había frigobar en la habitación y te sacaban las cosas del refrierador de la cocina. El desayuno era pésimo y escuálido.

Le personnel de l'hotel était très sympathique, internet gratuit, chambre très spacieuse et charmante avec balcon et air conditionné programmable. Le personnel nous a laissé revenir nous doucher et à bien voulu garder nos bagages alors que notre séjour était terminée. Petit déjeuner sympathique avec une bonne ambiance générale.

regret qu'il n'y ai pas de salle de bain privative.

Lo mejor del lugar es su ubicación , a pasos del metro Copacabana y a cuadras de la playa, sector muy residencial.

El precio y la calidad del servicio, no es económico, se debe mejorar las instalaciones y la calidad del servicio.

la ubicacion es muy buena, una linda zona. Un hotel muy recomendable para mochileros!

Хороший бюджетный вариант для тех, кому нужно только переночевать.Маленькая комната с собственным душем. Месторасположение хорошее.

O custo-benefício é bom em relação a localização.

Não aceitam cartões. O café da manhã é muito simples, inclusive o suco é de pó. Muito barulho em frente cedinho, antes do amanhecer. Quando ligam o chuveiro escutamos de longe, bastante barulhento. O banheiro coletivo deixa a desejar na limpeza.

O Hostel é muito bem localizado.. O atendimento é impecavel, o ambiente muito agradavel, camas confortaveis, ventilador, ar condicionado, TV, serviço de traslado. Muito bom, recomendo a todos...

Horario de check out.. A diaria não tem nem 24h..
