Poor Breakfast, for Sao Paulo standards especially

We had only one night in Sao Paulo, and Cinelandia was very good located which made it possible for us to se all we needed to see before leaving. The rooms were elegant, very clean and the beds very comfortable, and one of the people working there spoke very good english, which was perfect for us. The breakfast was simple but good.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, really.

The location in compare with accommodation is perfect

The first 2 night, we stayed in a room which was incredibly noisy! I mean the sound of street and clubs and so on, we could not sleep at all! Then, We asked the staff to change our room, and then it was ok. So be careful!

The location was great, very near the historic center, my husband went crazy taking pictures of churches and othe buildings. It is also very close to the metro.

Only one person spoke spanish and was very friendly, The others didn't help much when asked about touristic information, maybe because we couldn`t communicate neither in spanish nor english.

The hotel is good value fo money. It is clean and it was a good breakfast. The location is very centric and near the underground station

Even tho the hotel is located in the centre of the city at 3 blocks of the underground Republica is very dangerous especially at night. Since there are several homeless outside the hotel it becomes very noisy One of the windows of the hotel did not close so the noise was even stronger, the people at the hotel did not speak English nor Spanish

excellent budget hotel, they have given serious thought to what the budget traveller is looking for and focused on it thus, comfortable bed, excellent shower, excellent door locking system, newish tv location is 5 mins walk from praca republica

area is a little edgy at night, its best to get a taxi. didnt bother me as i am used to south american cities but awareness was required

Good value for money hotel, located in the city center therefore easy access to main attractions of the city and to the metro station. Basic breakfast and room, reception 24/7.

The staff could not speak English, still tried to answer to all the information requested. The room was furthermore pretty noisy being on the street side.

The staff was great, always with really really helpful tips of places to eat, visit and how to get to them. The room was always perfectly clean, water pressure is fantastic, wifi with good signal, etc.

Location is only good if you dont bother seeing transexuals and strip clubs all over the neighborhood.

It was better, cleaner and newer than many other hotels in the same area which I saw walking around. The receptionist in the evening was multi- lingual and very friendly.

My room was interior and very small. When I asked them at the reception if they could give me a bigger, exterior room their reply was: No, they were full and anyway, I was ony staying for one night... If I was to go there again, I would make sure beforehand that they gave me a bigger room to the front (exterior) of which they do have quite a lot.

The staff, even though they didn't speak English were very friendly and helpful. With the help of Google Translate (their idea) they managed to understand and help with my requests.

The English speaking receptionist was really helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was below standard. This is not a 3-star hotel, it was more like 1-star, or 2-star hotel at the most. Information about city of Sao Paulo and available tours are lacking, and no information in English at all. This hotel is not recommended for those who do not understand Portuguese/Brazilian language.

Area is not so good in Sao Paulo. Let go of shady characters around the hotel at night I doubt recommend to wander alone and especially girl

O hotel é limpo, todos os dias são trocadas as toalhas eo uqarto é limpo, boa acomodação para quem vai fazer compras em São Paulo, perto dos principais pontos de compras do centro de São Paulo. Vale a pena!

O café da manhã poderia ter mais itens. Achei muito simples!

Falta de ducha higienica nos banheiros.

Foi ótimo desde o atendimento ne entrada até na saída.

Só faltou no banheiro: touca e shampoo/ condicionador

Hotel bem mantido, com funcionalidades de um hotel 3 estrelas, wifi, tv de led no quarto, frigobar e uma ótima ducha quente.

Localização não é boa à noite. Entretanto o policiamento local é bom.

El personal es muy amable y la persona que nos recibió hablaba muy bien inglés.

Cuarto super pequeño y para nada limpio. La zona es algo peligrosa, de día está bien, pero de noche nada recomendable si eres extranjero.

гостиница находится в административном центре города. недалеко остановка, на которую приходит автобус из аэропорта. персонал гостиницы достаточно приветливый, однако не все сотрудники говорят на английском. комнаты небольшие, достаточно чистые. сантехника работает, горячая вода есть.

присоединяюсь к тем отзывам, где написано об обилии бомжей на улицах вокруг данного отеля. запах мочи чувствуется даже на 6 этаже! в корридорах стойкий запах затхлости. двери очень тонкие, поэтому очень хорошо слышны все звуки в корридоре. холодильник был грязный и там было что-то испорченное в ящичке для льда. в целом - если хочется увидеть красивый и уютный город - нужно выбирать другой район.
