Location very convenient to city centre. English speaking receptionist was very helpful. Breakfast was nice enough.

Some staff spoke very little to no English. On the slightly dubious part of town but police presence was reassuring.

Area got a bit rough late at night

Staff - especially Mattheaus were extremely friendly and really went above and beyond in terms of providing advice for the area. Great location, close to most things. If you don't mind a little traffic noise request a room at the front of the hotel- it's great to stand on your balcony and watch the busy city go by!

There was no iron available to use when requested. Breakfast wasn't great, limited range and food didn't seem very fresh.

Lifts broken upon arrival, breakfast average, didn't clean room first day. Very little English spoken by staff

Good location Clean Safe Friendly and helpful staff

External factors beyond your control, like excessive noise. Tried to look up routes on maps online, to visit tourist attractions or stores, but it took minutes just to get one route. I ended up just leaving it up to destiny to see where I landed. Not really a bad thing, but not exactly what I was looking for.

Very well located in the downtown. From there you can be in almost every interesting place of Sao Paulo within 20-30 minutes by public transport since the hotel lays about 700 meters from three metro lines!

Hosts have nothing to do in the hotel besides sleeping. No common rooms. An average breakfast in a room with a loudy TV on. Street can be very noisy also at the night.

I liked the staff and hospitality. I thought the location was good.

Maybe the area isn't as safe. Can't walk around at night by oneself.

Do not expect anything more than a BASIC room: regular small beds, prívate bathroom n small tv w/ few options merely in portugues. Although location seems to be scary at nights due too Many homeless people around its is great to move around the city. Use ur commun sense at night n should be fine. If u r trying to get there by airport bus it's at república plaza stop and 1-2 blocks walking distance on sao joao ave. If there is more than 2 persons, take a cab. Bus is 38 reales p/p n taxi is 97 reales up to 4 persons (Br currency)

Too expensive for what is offered. But basically everything is like this in Sao Paolo. Isolation is very bad. Staff hardly understand english. Spanish seems to be easier to communicate in.
