Design hotel. Room looked great. Staff was very nice. 2 blocks away from the beach only. A little far from downtown and the historic center but only a R$20/R$25 taxi ride away (about 15 minutes). |

The chief of the hotel made a party with african drums and it was very load . I made an international flight from frankfurt to salvador and my wife was not able to sleep. Only after 3 am it was possible. The restaurant closed 8:30 pm because of this party. I am surprized because this hotel has 4 stars. I stayed in other hotel with 4 stars and it was a great difference. The breakfast was simple. |

Las instalaciones, es otro concepto de alojamiento hotelero. Cada detalle está minuciosamente cuidado. Las ensaladas son sin lechuga (concepto extraño para un español) |

indiscutiblemente el diseño de cocoon.....adicionalmente la actitud siempre sonriente de la ¨tripulacion¨ cocoon hacen que todo fluya.... solo me podria quejar de la poca diversidad gastronomica en los alrededores del hotel....para cualquier salida se precisa de minimo 20 min de traslado en auto |

Pur qualificandosi come hotel a 4 stelle in realtà non lo è: la camera è angusta e non bene isolata acusticamente; gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati ogni giorno; a parte una saponetta, non viene fornito né un bagnoschiuma né uno shampoo né tantomeno una crema dopo bagno (quelle che ci sono sono a pagamento!!!); la piscina era fuori uso per non precisati lavori di mautenzione; colazione modesta. |

Poderiam instalar secador de cabelo novo em cada quarto. Nesse hotel, era necessário requisitar um secador de cabelo na recepção. Pedi um secador na recepção e para minha surpresa era velho e sujo. Enquanto secava meu cabelo, parou de funcionar e só voltou depois de 15 minutos. Tal secador não estava à altura do hotel, que por sinal é ótimo. |
